Chapter 44: Wedding Day

Y/N's POV:

"We have been walking for a bit, and I haven't caught your name yet." I told her and she replied softly.

"My name is Joro and I am the youngest of my twelve sisters. My mother has been keeping an eye on you for a long time, but I can't see why." she told me while in a teasing tone.

"Oh yeah? You have been sneaking glances at me for some time now so I sense that you may be lying." I teased back which caused her to laugh.

"You better be careful or I will web you and eat you myself." she said as she threw a web on me from her hands. I grabbed the web and pulled her towards me which caused her to spin into my arms.

"Try me." I told her while staring into he eyes, I could use a good match right now in order to prepare but she caught the wrong message and blushed. She then hit me, "I am a modesty woman you know even if I reside in the Lust Domain." she huffed out but I didn't know what I did wrong.

"Wait what did I do?" I asked her but she didn't answer back. After a while she started talking to me again and I told her about my life in Eldia. She told me that she long to leave this realm, she's been here since she was born and wanted to leave this place with her sisters and mother. 

"Joro I promise to get you out here so you can experience the warming heat of the Sun and the gentle breeze of the wind." I told her but she laughed at the idea of that. "You're sweet but we both know that there is no leaving here, but its a nice thought." she said with a sad tone, and we kept walking.

"You know I could fly us there?" I told her and she snapped back at me.

"Are you kidding me? We have been walking for hours and you could have flown us back!" she walked up to me and grabbed my shirt. She started shaking me around, "I have been wearing these heels to make me look good and my feet are killing me!! Fly us there now!!" she ordered me and I was compelled to obey.

"Yeah sure but let me take a lot at your feet." she was confused so I sat her down on the ground, she was preparing to say something but I took her heels off and healed her feet. "You can heal others?" she questioned me, and I nodded. I carried her bridal style and we took off to Lucy's palace.

It took us a few minutes and we were there, I set Lucy down. "Did you have to go so fast?" she questioned me as she started to stumble. She was going to fall so I caught her again and decided to carry her inside. I was immediately greeted by her sisters who were now gossiping about me and Joro. I told them that she was flight sick and they nodded.

One sister took her out of my hands and led me towards the bath area to get clean.

After that I was taken to a room to get dressed. I was given a kimono and was led towards the main room, it was time for the wedding.

Once I came though the doors, I saw spiders and Joro's sisters standing on each side of the aisle, and Lucy was at the alter waiting on me. She was in complete human form wearing a pink kimono, I had to admit that she is beautiful but I knew what was going to happen.

I stood in front of Lucy, and was trapped within her webs. I didn't flinch and Lucy smiled, "Do you take me as your wife?" she asked me.

"Hell no" I told her and I broke out of the webs. "However, I do take you as my opponent! So let's dance one more time Lucy!" I shouted towards her as I got in my stance. For the first time since I saw her she didn't smile, she was furious and shifted into her complete spider form.

"Very well then I will kill you slowly and relish in your pain!" she screamed out as she tried to stab me with her legs, however I grabbed it and broke it off. She howled in pain as she tried to back off but she lost her footing. I absorbed the leg using Research and shot my own webs at her, "Impossible, this feels- " I interrupted her, "That's right ex-bride to be, this is your ability but with my own spin on it. I had to take you seriously so no holding back." I then generated the toxin within my hands and punched her with it, "DAUGHTERS HELP ME AT ONCE!" she cried out and they were on the move towards me. Some stay humanoid while others transformed into giant spiders.

"All right then bring it on!" I summoned twelve clones of myself to fight the sisters, but Joro was on the fence. She was debating on attacking me or not, "Joro I really like you so please don't make me do anything I'm going to regret." I warned her and she clinched her fist while biting her lip.

"I am sorry Y/N, please forgive me in the future." she transformed into her spider form and sprayed acid towards me, I formed a Ki shield to block all of it and I sent the clone to swiftly knock her out. I then ordered it to take her to her room.

My other clones took care of the sisters and they were all knocked out, "Sending your children to come and fight me Lucy? How despicable! You should protect your children not let them fight your battles!" I scolded her and she was still trying to break out of the webs. "Give it up Lucy, you're not breaking out of those webs. You lost to me so accept it!" I ordered her and she was starting to try something so I conjured an anti-magic barrier around her, "I mean it Lucy, you lost." She finally gave up and saw her daughters all on the floor but noticed one was missing.

"Where is my Joro? You can kill me but please don't kill my daughters! I would do anything to save them!" she pleaded with me, I sighed and shook my head. I released her from the webs, "Lucy I never wanted to even hurt them or even fight you like this. You were the one trying to eat me and I am not going to let that happen." I told her and she looked bashful.

"I'm sorry Y/N, I haven't eaten monkeys in a long time and I missed the taste." she told me embarrassed but I told her I wasn't like the monkeys in Freya and Eldia. "Saiyans are different Lucy, and I am not sure what I taste like but I would rather not be eaten." she looked confused since she saw my tail and thought I was just a crazy or a mutated monkey.

"Well do you still want to get married Y/N? Its been a while since I had a husband that I didn't eat!" she was enthusiastic but I declined her offer.

"Also Lucy, I wanted to ask you if Demon Lord Satan was blocking the way to get out of here?" I asked her but she kept a neutral face. "No, there is no way to leave here. You would have to be connected with the gourd in order to leave." she said to me while regenerating her legs, she went over to her daughters and woke them up.

"Mother did we win? Did you eat him?" One of them asked but she nodded her head no and told them all to go to their rooms. They all left and it was just Lucy and me alone. "Lucy do you know how to remove this crown and bracelet on me? The Gods gave them to me." She paced around for a bit then came up with an answer.

"Well I guess its possible if you can match the power of the Gods, but that's impossible. Even Satan stands no chance against them, the only reason why we still exist is that they can't directly interfere in this dimension anymore. Once life was created they just left for a higher dimension or some I am told." She told me while laying in her web bed that she made.

"Looks like I ain't getting this off anytime soon, but I won't let that stop me!" I said with determination, now I had to train more to fight against Satan even though it won't let me leave but it would be fun. "Whoa there slow your roll Y/N, that can all happen later. Besides I owe you one, any other Demon Lord would have killed my daughters and it would be have been my fault. You made me realize that I am a terrible mother so I want to change that. You are welcome to stay here anytime but beware of my daughters, they are just like me ~ ." She said then she left the room.

"Oh boy, I am in for some trouble." I laughed out and Joro came inside the room.

"Well Master Y/N, I have a room prepared for you. Follow me." she said with a smile then we both left the room.
