Inside the operating theater, the atmosphere was tense as Abhir's surgery continued. Abhimanyu and the other doctors, Dr. Anand, Dr. Mahima, and Dr. Parth, were fully focused on the critical procedure. Despite their experience, the surgery presented numerous challenges, pushing them to their limits. Meanwhile, outside the OT, Akshara was still unconscious, her loved ones gathered around her, worried for both mother and son.
Inside the OT, Abhimanyu's mind raced. "I have to save my son... I have to save him for Akshu," he thought, trying to steady his trembling hands. He couldn't afford to let his fear take over. He knew how much Abhir meant to Akshara—he was her reason for living, her world. "Focus, Abhimanyu. For Akshara... and for Abhir," he told himself.
The surgery dragged on for hours, with critical moments where everything seemed to hang by a thread. But finally, after what felt like an eternity, the operation was a success. The tension in the OT eased, and Abhimanyu's eyes welled up with tears of relief and joy. "We did it," he whispered, barely able to contain his emotions.
At that same moment, Akshara slowly began to regain consciousness outside. Her eyes fluttered open, and as soon as she realized where she was, she bolted up from the bed. She rushed toward the OT door, her heart pounding in her chest.
As she reached the door, Abhimanyu was just stepping out. Their eyes met, both filled with worry and relief. Kairav, Vansh, Krish, Karan, Keesha, and Arshiya, who were waiting anxiously, immediately bombarded Abhimanyu with questions.
"How is Abhir, Abhimanyu?" Kairav asked urgently.
Abhimanyu, still emotional, managed a smile. "Abhir is safe now. The operation was successful. He's going to be okay."
A collective sigh of relief swept through the group. Tears of joy filled everyone's eyes, and they hugged each other, overwhelmed with happiness. Akshara, standing there, broke down in tears, her legs almost giving way. She was so relieved that she couldn't stop the tears from flowing.
The others decided to give them some space and left to inform the rest of the family about the good news. Akshara stood there, her emotions spilling over. She was crying, trembling with both relief and exhaustion. Abhimanyu, seeing her like that, walked over to her.
"Akshara," he softly called out.
Akshara turned to look at him, her eyes red from crying. Without thinking, she threw herself into his arms, sobbing uncontrollably. Abhimanyu, though momentarily surprised, wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. Seeing her like this, he felt his own eyes tearing up. He had to be strong, not just for Abhir but for her too.
