I walk into the lunchroom, Elle and Luca walking by my side. I take in the large room, it looks like an old cathedral in here, painted windows spanning against the walls and there's even an old organ on a small second level outcropping against the back wall. "Wow, it's pretty in here." I mumble, spinning around in a circle to take in the room. I almost trip over one of my feet though Luca's hand quickly grabs my arm somewhat holding me up. Luca smiles down at me, his pretty blonde hair falling in front of his eyes, "You good?" I nod, blushing. he laughs, before gently releasing me, "I still remember seeing this room for the first time." He and Elle both look around the room with me, before we walk towards one of the many old wooden tables placed neatly around the room.
We sit down, Elle beside me and Luca across from us. He quickly stands up, telling us he's going to go get the school food, we both nod. We watch him go before Elle turns to me, asking me all sorts of questions and we both agree that I'll have to stay over in her dorm soon.
"I'm so lonely in my dorm," she pouts, "Did you know that I've never had a roommate, ever. My parents specifically asked the Headmaster for me not to, it's like they don't want me to have any fun." I laugh, agreeing that it must suck not to have anyone to room with. The sound of kids laughing and talking goes quiet as I go to speak again. Confused, I look around and see every one's focus trained on someone, well more like a group of people.
I roll my eyes as all four of my brothers stroll into the room from an entrance by the organ. There are also some other boys around them who I assume are their friends. Among them is Roman, who saunters into the room besides Tullio. They stop, their eyes trailing around the silent room. Searching for something. Oh no. Lucio finds me first, he grins before making his way towards me and the rest of the boys follow close behind him. I look towards Elle, and she looks towards me, appalled and looking somewhat scared.
I don't watch as the large group of boys gets closer, though I can feel their and everyone else's eyes watching. Lucio sits right besides me, elbowing me as he does. My shoulder briefly stings. I scowl at him, but he just grins. Before nodding towards Elle, "Elle, right?" he asks her. She nods, looking amazed at him knowing her name. All of the boys file into the small seating area making me and Elle have to sit shoulder to shoulder, Roman sits across from me with Cassio beside him across from Elle, taking Luca's spot. Elio and Tullio sit at the table too, stuck between other boys I don't know the names of.
The lunch room slowly starts becoming active again but more quietly than before and I feel many wandering eyes watching us every now and then.
Luca walks up towards our table, food in hand, looking somewhat worried at all of the boys at our table. He looks towards Roman and Cassio, sitting where he was. All of the boys see me looking towards him and turn to watch him judgingly. He looks Leary at all of them judging him as he looks towards Elle and I. "Let him in," I say between bites of an apple. They turn towards me, "please," I add towards Roman and Cassio.
I see the debate in their eyes but eventually they slowly move over, giving him some room. He slowly sits down next to Cassio, looking nervously towards me. Roman watches our interaction from across the table, now directly across from me. His handsome features make me blush. I turn to talk towards Elle and Luca, trying and failing to ignore his presence.
I end up having a free period next, which no else does. I end up walking with Tullio, going towards a smaller private library that's less busy than the main, more commonly used, one. He leads me into the dual-enrollment wing, where the small library is located.
The room has an older look, dim lighting and redwood desks and couches scattered around the room, the walls filled with all sorts of old textbooks. There's only a few other people in the room, working quietly. Tullio has an online class so I end up getting some homework done beside him as he works on what looks like a very challenging essay full of insanely hard to pronounce words.

We walk into the house, dropping our bags by the door. The boys all run off into different directions in the house leaving only Roman and I standing by the front door. I look towards him and find his dark eyes already zoned in on me. I blush, quickly looking away and making my way into the kitchen. I lean against the corner area of the counter top.
Roman walks into the kitchen behind me and I unashamedly watch as his athletically built body moves around the kitchen, taking out protein powder and some other things. He looks around before his piercing blue eyes narrow in on me. He takes powerful steps in my direction, his tall frame getting closer and closer to me with every step.
I shrink into the counter behind me bracing myself with my hands. I Keep eye contact with him as he stops less than a foot from me. Damn he's tall, I don't even think I come up to his shoulders. His height forces me to tip my head back to watch him. I look into his icy eyes, not being able to discern anything in them. His burly arms snake around me, his hands resting on top of mine. My heart skips a beat and my cheeks turn rosy. I look towards his veiny hands before my eyes snap back up to his, his stunning features now only inches from mine. He's so close I can see every defining little feature on his face, his eyebrow scar, a dimple on his cheek, and even small little freckles dotting around his nose.
His eyes trail around my face before focusing on my lips. I subconsciously wetten them and I swear I see his eyes darken, his hands tightening around mine. His eyes look as though they are on fire as they trail down my body then up into my own again. His attention makes an emotion I've never felt before flow through my body, making my body feel hot and my heart rate to speed up. He leans his head back from me, looking towards the ceiling as he takes a shakily deep breath. When he brings his head down towards me again his eyes are calmer now, though they are still light up with a certain emotion I can't place. His flowy black hair frames his sharp features.
"you're in my way, Μικρή φούσκα." (little fawn) his voice, deeper than usual, says. My brain doesn't process what he's saying and he has to repeat himself. I blush even more, trying to move away though his hands on mine stop me from moving. Embarrassment flows through me, he did all of that just to tell me to move. I slow my breathing, now realizing I've been panting this entire time, "then let me go." I say, my voice having less bite than I was hoping.
He sucks his lip into his mouth, still not moving as he watches me. I try to move from under him and manage to get my hands free though his body still cages me in. I hold them up to my chest, debating what to do. I attempt to shove him but his body doesn't move an inch, all it does is move me closer to him. I stumbled away from him but only hit my hip onto the hard counter. I wince, hitting a particularly nasty bruise that hasn't healed yet.
I hear Roman inhaling sharply, I look up towards him. He stares at the counter like he wants to shatter it for hurting me. He finally releases his arms from around me only for his large hands to gently grab onto my waist, turning me around, most likely trying to see where I was hurt. I quickly escape from his grip, not comfortable with anyone seeing my completely bruised and scarred torso.
His eyes narrow at me as I quickly step away from him, he watches me as I quickly bolt out of the kitchen and up the stairs. I slam my door closed, leaning against the door as I try to regain my breathing. my body still pulses with that unknown emotion as I remember his dark eyes full of a similar emotion filling it.
I stay in my room until dinner. Gio and Alessio both ask me about my day which helps me distract myself from Roman eyes who always return to me. I tell them about my new friends and also about how frustrating it was for the boys to bother me all day. To which they all claim that they were just doing their brotherly duties. The night goes quickly and I desperately avoid any run ins with Roman. By the time I know it I'm lying peacefully in my bed, Alessio just having left my room for the night.
