With Wesley

Lucy and Wesley arrived at the station early, ready to start their day. As Lucy stepped out of KITT to head inside for roll call, Wesley remained in the vehicle.

He let out a deep sigh, which didn't go unnoticed. KITT's voice filled the interior of the car, "Michael, you seem troubled. Is everything alright?"

Wesley glanced at the dashboard and said, "Just a bit anxious about today, KITT. There's a lot on my mind."

KITT responded, "If you'd like to talk about it, I'm here to listen."

Wesley took a moment before replying, "Thanks, KITT. It's just that with everything going on, I'm feeling the weight of it all."

KITT's voice was reassuring, "I understand. Remember, you're not alone in this. If there's anything specific troubling you, sharing it might help."

Wesley nodded, feeling a bit lighter. "I appreciate that, KITT. I guess I just need to take it one step at a time."

KITT responded, "Of course. I'll be here, ready to assist whenever you need. Good luck with roll call, Michael."

Wesley took a deep breath, gathered his thoughts, and prepared himself for the day ahead as he watched Lucy walk towards the station.

As Wesley sat in KITT, he gazed out the windshield, lost in thought. He sighed deeply again, more heavily this time. KITT, sensing the weight of his concern, offered gently, "Michael, you seem particularly worried. Is there something specific on your mind?"

Wesley turned his attention to the dashboard. "It's just... with the baby coming and everything else happening right now, I'm worried about how I'm going to balance it all. I want to be there for Lucy and the baby, but it feels like there's so much to juggle."

KITT responded with a comforting tone, "It's natural to feel overwhelmed with such significant changes and responsibilities. Balancing work, family, and personal commitments can be challenging."

Wesley nodded, his face reflecting his inner struggle. "Yeah, it's just that I don't want to let anyone down. I want to be a good partner and a good parent, but sometimes it feels like there's just not enough of me to go around."

KITT's voice was steady and reassuring. "Michael, remember that being a good parent isn't about being perfect. It's about being present and giving your best effort. You've shown that you care deeply about those in your life. That's what matters most."

Wesley took a moment to absorb KITT's words. "I know, but I keep thinking about how to manage everything effectively. I want to make sure Lucy and the baby have everything they need while still being effective at work."

KITT responded, "It's important to communicate openly with Lucy about your concerns and find ways to support each other. Creating a balance might involve some adjustments and compromises, but you have the capability to manage it. You don't have to do it all alone."

Wesley smiled faintly, feeling a bit more at ease. "You're right, KITT. I guess I need to take it one step at a time and work through it together with Lucy."

KITT's voice was warm and encouraging. "Exactly. And remember, I'm here to assist you in any way I can. Together, you and Lucy will find a way to navigate these changes and create a fulfilling life for your growing family."

Wesley nodded, feeling reassured. "Thanks, KITT. I appreciate the support."

KITT replied, "You're welcome, Michael. Whenever you need to talk or need assistance, I'm here for you. Now, let's focus on the tasks ahead and take things one step at a time."
