Chapter 20 - QandA and Baking

When Joe was finally upstairs Caspar, Joe and I decided to get breakfast from McDonald's seeing as it was only 9:30. We drove to the nearest McDonald's drive through and ordered our meals, because we're lazy we took them home to eat instead of eating in the actual restaurant. After eating the McDonald's Caspar suggested we did a q and a for his channel which we all agreed on so once the three tweets were sent out our notifications went crazy from questions coming in left, right and centre.

We look through the questions and screenshot the ones we were all comfortable to answer and then Caspar set up his camera in Joe's room and he pressed record.

"Hello my name is Caspar Lee and today I am joined by two lovely guests Mr Joseph Sugg and Miss Lauren Eaves and as most of you already may know we are doing a Q AND A!" Caspar introduced the video.

"We sent out the hashtag AskCaspJoeandLauren and this is what you lot sent back!" I continued.

"@R/T/N said who is the most talented?" Caspar read.

"Well in my opinion I think we all have talents that we are really good at but Joe has more than me and Caspar so I have to go Joe."

"I second that!" Agreed Caspar.

Joe thanked us but still protested that Caspar was the more talented one out of us all.

"This one is for you Lauren, @R/T/N says who does Lauren think the better looking is out of Joe and Caspar?" Joe said smugly.

I laughed and then looked at the two boys pretending to compare them even though we all knew the answer but our subscribers obviously didn't know because of us only being together since last night.

"Sorry Caspar but this has to go to Joe even though you are still a beautiful specimen and I'm sure that millions of girls agree with me on that!" I said hugging Caspar who pretended to cry.

"Next question..."

The video carried on for another 20 minutes before we had answered enough questions for Caspar to get a decent length video.

"So what shall we do now?" I asked.

"Not sure, Joe any suggestions?" Caspar said.

"Yep! Let's go make dinner!" I laughed at Joe's excitement for making food but Caspar passed on the idea telling us he needed to edit his video.

Me and Joe made our way into his kitchen and grabbed the things we needed to make a chicken philly pasta, with a little salad. I made Joe prepare the chicken whilst I cut up the cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce and spring onion. Then I added pasta to boiling water and added a tiny bit of salt to give it a little more flavour and Joe fried the diced chicken before adding the Philadelphia cream cheese and onion I cut up. Once the pasta was fully cooked we shouted Caspar up because the meal was nearly done and I drained the pasta out and Joe mixed in the sauce before serving with the salad.

"This is amazing guys!" Complimented Caspar to whom I thanked.

"We make a great team!" Joe smiled at me and we high fived.

I have an idea for my video for this week!

"Joe could I ask to borrow your camera so I could film a video which you could feature in?" I ask kindly.

"Course! What video idea do you have in mind?"

"Well I want to bake something and you could help me?" I suggested.

"That's sounds good!"

Surprisingly Joe and Caspar actually had all the ingredients except the piping bags, and the ingredients for buttercream icing but thankfully Joe went and got them from the shop.

Joe set up his camera which I put my memory card in and away we went!

"Hello everyone! Now today the video is going to be a bit different it's going to be a baking video and I have a very special guest to help me today, please welcome Joe Sugg!"

"Hi there!"

"We're going to be showing you guys how to make Victoria sponge cupcakes with buttercream icing on the top!"

I showed the camera the ingredients and utensils and I would edit a voiceover on top later. First I got Joe to mix the butter sugar eggs and flour together in a bowl explaining to the camera what exactly the viewers must do step-by step and then I took over from Joe putting them in the cases whilst Joe explained what I was doing. After they went in the oven we showed the viewers how to make butter cream icing and the icing that would go in the middle of the cake with the jam.

The timer finally pinged signalling the cakes were cooked so I took them out of the oven.

"Now we're are going to wait for these bad boys to cool so then we can put the jam and icing in the middle of it." Joe said.

The cakes only took 10-15 minutes to cool so once they were done Joe cut off the tops and I smothered the jam and icing inside and then replaced the tops. Joe then wanted to pipe the buttercream icing on top of the buns which I let him do.

"And there you have it beautiful Victoria sponge cupcakes!" I said happily and grabbed one placing it to my mouth before shoving it in Joe's face causing all the buttercream icing to go all over him.

"You did not just do that!" He said shocked.

"Yep I did!" I smiled.

"Well now I'm going to get you back!" Joe chased me around the small kitchen before he got a hold of me but we slipped on the floor me landing on top of him.

"Now this is the part where you kiss me." Joe whispered sexily.

"I don't think I can do that." I got up off Joe who grabbed my arm and pulled me back on top of his connecting our lips.
