My Best Friend's Roommate (A Joe Sugg Fanfiction)

Chapter 19 - Waking Joe and Fun Day

I stretched my arms and sat up in bed before I realised I was still smiling from the events that occurred last night. I am finally Joe Sugg's girlfriend! For about five minutes I just sat in bed replaying the wonderful night in my head smiling to myself. I was interrupted by my phone going off.

*morning beautiful❤️* I laughed, it was from Joe.

*morning to you too❤️*

*what are you doing today?x*

*well if you must know I am doing nothing x*

*thats too bad, do you want to come over mine and casps?x*

I agreed and then actually got up and made my bed before going and making myself some breakfast consisting of weetabix and bananas with a blob of honey to accompany it. After eating my breakfast as quick as I could manage I ran into my bedroom to pick out my outfit for the day. Today was a bit colder seeing as it was getting nearer to winter in the UK so I grabbed my black jeans and a crochet-hemmed crop top, pairing it with my black vans and a black cardigan which flows down to just above my knee. My hair was frizzy and everywhere so after brushing it finally taming it as much as was possible. After it was fine enough to style I French-plaited it leaving out my bangs. I completed my look by doing my full everyday makeup routine.

Once I was satisfied I look okay I rushed myself out the house trying to get as much time as I can with Joe. Throughout the whole car ride my legs were non-stop shaking, I was so nervous to see Joe. When I pulled up to the apartment complex I reassured myself and calmed my nerves. Caspar greeted me at the door pulling me into a hug.

"Hey my beautiful best friend!" He grins.

"Hello there!" I reply.

I walk into the apartment and slouch down on the sofa.

"Joe has fallen back asleep so I think you should go wake him up seeing as you're now his girlfriend." Smirks Caspar.

I gasped knowing Joe had told Caspar already but I didn't really mind because he was obviously going to find out sooner or later. Laughing at him I pulled myself up from the couch and made my way downstairs to Joe's bedroom. The door was slightly ajar so I peered into to find Joe in a peaceful slumber. I tiptoed in trying to keep the noise to a minimum; finally reaching the edge of the bed where Joe wasn't sprawled out on I took my phone out of my pocket snapping a few pictures of sleeping Joe.

I stroked Joe's face so he would wake up but I didn't want to be horrible and jump on him so this option was the next best one. He slowly opened his eyes to see who the culprit of waking him up was.

Joe's POV

I felt a warm, soft hand stroking at my cheek. If it was Caspar he would be jumping up and down on my bed like a madman so I have no clue at all who this is. I open my eyes and waited for them to adjust, after finally regaining my vision I see that Lauren is lying next to me I sit up and smile at her.

Lauren's POV

He sits up and smiles at me which I return gladly. I watch him as he stretches, noticing the quilt being pushed down revealing his very toned torso which I was really glad to see. Joe soon notices me staring and looks at me with a smug impression.

"Like what you see?" He laughs.

"No I don't actually." I said joking.

Joe pretends to act hurt but then he laughs it off before pulling me to lay beside him. I then kiss his nose.

"You're so beautiful!" I hear Joe sigh.

I sit up and laugh at the sudden redness appearing on his face.

"Did I just say that out loud?" I nod.

Joe face palms himself before I kiss him and tell him how he is beautiful too and then I tell him to get up and that I'll be upstairs with Caspar despite his protests.

I'm going to have fun today!
