Chapter 27 - Holiday Part 2

Everyone was waiting for us as we approached the lobby. We finally arrived at a cute little restaurant that was very quaint and tumblrish. I sat next to Alfie and Joe which wasn't the best of ideas because all they did was talk about sport and gaming. Being the nice person I am, me and Alfie swapped places so I sat next to Zoë.

"So what are you thinking of ordering?" I ask her.

"Well I like the look of the pizzas." I laughed, typical Zoë.

"I think I'm going to go for the tagliatelle with cheese sauce and chicken breast."

"Good choice!"

We all ordered and then everyone was in their own conversations but before our food arrived me and Alfie swapped back. Joe leant in and give me a kiss on my temple.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

As soon as food arrived it was engulfed after ten minutes, we must've all been hungry from the jet lag and the fact we hadn't eaten for about four to five hours. Finishing at the restaurant led to us all going out to have a drink. We found a little seaside bar which wasn't too rowdy for mine and Zoë's liking as we aren't big drinkers.

The boys went to get the drinks whilst me, Tanya, Zoë and Niomi talked about anything and everything from makeup to holiday memories.

Later into the night I decided to have a dance with Joe. I went towards the dance area but I saw something in the corner of my eye so I turned my head to see something extremely unexpected. In the booth was Joe and some red haired snake full on making out, she was even straddling him!

I couldn't stay and look at it. I ran back to the girls, tears brimming in my eyes.

"Lauren! What's a matter babe?" Tanya asked worriedly.

"J-Joe was making out w-with some-someone else." I burst into tears.

Niomi pulled me into a tight hug reassuring me everything will be okay.

"Hey what's up with Lauren?" I turned to see who was talking to see who was asking about me. It was Caspar and Alfie.

"My good-for-nothing brother is what's up with her..."Zoë said.

"...even though he is my brother, I don't like cheaters!"

She stood up and made her way over to where Joe was. But I asked Niomi to come back to the hotel with me and she thankfully agreed so we made our way back taking the shortcut.

Zoë's POV

Oh my god I couldn't believe Joe would even stoop this low to become a cheat! I marched my way over to him and pulled the girl of his lap.

"What the fuck do you think you are doing?"

Joe looked at me in pure shock.

"Why are you sticking your tongue down this bitches throat when you have a loving girlfriend who is now balling her eyes out in a hotel room wanting to go home?"

"L-Lauren! Oh my god what have I done?!" Joe stood up frantically looking for a way out.

Lauren's POV

I'm leaving. That's the only thing I can do. Go back home so I can sit in my room and listen to every sad song on repeat until it stops hurting.

At the moment Niomi was searching online for a plane ticket as I was throwing stuff into my suitcase. How could Joe do this to me? I thought he was different but clearly not! As I was zipping up my suitcase I heard the door open showing a panicked Joe and an angry looking Zoë.

"Lauren, what are you doing?" He stepped towards me making me take a step back.

"Leaving, going home where I should be."

"No don't go! Stay we can work this out baby please."

I couldn't give in I need to stand my ground. I'm not being walked all over.

"No Joe! Niomi has got me a plane ticket booked for tomorrow morning so tonight I'm staying with Caspar as he has a spare bed and then first thing tomorrow I'm going back to England."

"I'm sorry baby please forgive me. I was drunk! I didn't know what I was doing!"

"That isn't an excuse Joe."

"Please, we can't be over you are the best thing that's ever happened to me Lauren."

"Joe I need time to think."

And with that I walked out the room leaving Joe crying on the floor.
