Chapter 16 - Meetings and Shopping With Caspar

A/n - the outfit is the first one out of the three.

Today is Friday meaning I've got my meeting this morning and today I'm starting my daily vlogs again. I get changed into a navy blue blazer and trouser set with a cream top and shoes. I curl my hair and do my makeup. By the time I'm ready its quarter to 9 so I leave the house. When I get in my car I start my vlog.

"Hey guys I'm starting my vlogs again after a few stressful weeks but just to let you all know I'm fine so don't worry about it! Today I've got a meeting in about half an hour so I'm on my way there and then I'm going to go shopping. Are you ready to follow me round? I hope so!" I talk to the camera and then go on route to my meeting.

During my meeting I'm explained to that I have to write five songs and then I record each one once they are completed then by January I will have an ep for my fans to buy which is extremely exciting. My first song is due by next month which gives me at least three weeks. After I leave the building I grab my vlogging camera and resume.

"Well my meeting is officially over and now I'm on my way to the shops! I am looking for a nice outfit I can wear for a special occasion."

I get a call from Caspar when I get into my car I press accept and hold the phone to my ear.

"Hi Caspar!"
"Hi Lauren, have you found an outfit for your date with Joseph yet?"
"Haha no why?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to me and you could go shopping and grab lunch because I need to get some new clothes."
"That's fine I'll come and pick you up and then we can go shopping!"
"Okay how long will you be?"
"About 15 minutes depending how the traffic treats me."
"Okay bye."
"See you in a minute!"

I then drive to Caspar and Joe's and knock on the door which is opened by a shirtless Joe.

"Hello there Joseph!" I say.

"Oh hi why are you here? Not that it's a bad thing, I'm just curious." He replies nervous.

"Caspar and me are going shopping because I still need to find an outfit for a date that I'm attending with a dashing gentlemen."

"Well I believe the man is a very lucky one."

"Yep he is." I laugh

Joe laughs with me and then Caspar runs up to me giving me a massive hug.

"You ready to go?" I ask.

"Yep let me just grab my wallet."

Caspar is soon ready to go and me, him and Joe exchange goodbyes and hugs and we are on our way. I grab my camera back out my bag when we are walking to our first shop.

"So guys I am now shopping with his guy!" I turn the camera on Caspar who responds pulling a sassy pose.

"Me and Caspar are helping each other out on things we should buy. He is amazing with fashion!"

"Yep I'm secretly Gok Wan!" Caspar says in the background.

I laugh and shake my head at the camera and shut it off.

--HOUR AND A HALF LATER--

We've browsed roof at least three shops but nothing is good enough but Caspar is determined that we are not leaving until my outfit is brought. When I text Joe yesterday he said I need to dress fancy but not too fancy so I'm thinking a dress. Suddenly I see a black collared dress out of the corner of my I spot a nice blue and white playsuit, even though it's not what I originally wanted it was beautiful and then next to it were some nice white heels which would go perfect so I held it up for Caspar to inspect it who gave me the thumbs up.

Overall the outfit cost me £70 which I thought wasn't too bad. Me and Caspar then had a Nandos and because we were nice we had a takeout and brought Joe one as a surprise.
