After easing up the tension ay nagsimula nang makipag-usap si mommy sa mga kaibigan ko. I can see that Bliss is really close to my mom. Maayos din naman ang pakikitungo niya sa iba, but it's obvious that there is a different closeness with mom and Bliss, probabably because Bliss is my longest friend among the people here.

"I hope you'll take care of Solana. She still needs to adjust with a lot of things." Sabi ni mommy.

Bliss smiled. "Don't worry, tita, that's what we want to do too."

Tumango si Emmie. "Yes, tita. And, I think it's fun hanging out with the current Solana. She seems different with her old self. Parang kasama namin ang future Solana na mature na."

Jared immediately pipped in. "Kapag nakakaalala na si Solana, tiyak na maso-shock siya kung paano siya kaiba kapag walang naaalala." Sabi nito bago tumawa. But his laugh was immediately stopped nang siniko siya ni Helen.

"Problema mo?" Bulong ni Jared kay Helen. Helen just pointed at mom using her lips.

The reason why Helen stopped him is because she noticed that mom's expression changed. She looks...I can't explain...constipated? Pero nang napansin niyang nakatingin kami ay kaagad siyang pilit na ngumiti.

"Sorry, I just remembered that I have some important things to do. Please enjoy yourselves." Sabi ni mommy bago tumayo. Mom kissed me on the cheeks and bid goodbye before she left.

After she left the room ay namayani ang katahimikan sa silid.

"Uh, did I said something wrong?" Tanong ni Jared.

"It's because my memory might not return." Sabi ko.

Jared, who quickly understood, was mortified. "Oh, sorry, sorry. Hindi ko alam Solana, sorry." Paghingi niya ng paumanhin.

I waved my hand. "It's fine. I already accepted it."

Although I assured him, there's still an awkward tension in the air. Emmie was the one who broke that by started fussing about my wedding. Helen and Bliss immediately chimmed in.

Umalis sila nang alas tres na. Pagkaalis nila aya saka lang ako nakahinga ng maluwag, I sat on the chair and sighed, enjoying the peace and quietness.

Don't get me wrong, I don't hate them. Actually, I think I like them a bit, or more that I can admit. It's just that, they are really energetic. I can't even imagine my old self tuning in with them, lalo pa't sinabi ni Jared na kasing ingay daw nila ako noon. I guess iyon ang reason kaya sinabi nilang naninibago sila.

I closed my eyes. I suddenly felt the fatigue due to socializing and the fact that I just swam for hours. Hindi na ako nakapagpahinga dahil sa biglaang pagdating nila Bliss.

I don't know how long it was. Nang binuksan ko ang mga mata ko ay saka ko lang namalayan na nakatulog pala ako. I sat up and roamed my eyes. I'm already in my room.

Who moved me? Did Nancy asked someone to bring me back to my room? Or maybe Lien already got home?

Bumaba ako sa kama at tumungo sa balcony and parted the curtains. It's already dark. Lumapit ako sa nightstand at binuha ang lamp, beside it is the clock. It's already 7p.m.

Napahawak ako sa aking tiyan dahil sa tumunog ito. I looked at the coffee table and saw a covered tray. Kaagad kong pinatay ang lampara at binuhay ang mgain lights, bago lumapit sa coffee table. Is at on the sofa then removed the cover. The dishes is still warm, indicating na kakalagay lang nito.

I was about to eat when the door swung open. Pagtingin ko dito ay nagulat ako ng makita si Lucius. He was briefly surprised seeing me too, pero kaagad siyang nakabawi at isinara ang pinto. On his hand is a glass of orange juice.
