"She's waking up," Bruce's voice sounded from the left hand side of me as my eyes opened slowly and adjusted to a bright white light in my face.

"Can you stop?" I groaned, batting his hand away.

"Nat will you get Wanda? She'll want to see her," Stark told her as I turned my head to look at her.

"You're in so much shit," Nat warned me as she kissed the top of my head before walking off, still in her suit.

"I'm fucking starving," I complained as I started to sit up with the help of Steve at my side.

When I did finally sit up, I looked around the medical room in the tower to find every single person on the team surrounding me apart from the one person I wanted.

"She's been sulking in her room," Clint told me, passing me his bag of crisps which I graciously accepted.

"How long was I out? Did you get Beka out?" I quickly realised.

"She's in a holding facility with a psychiatrist," Stark informed me, "do you realise how irresponsible you've been? You couldn't gotten yourself killed and no one even knew where you were. Half of us were asleep and you just left with no note, half of the weapons and one of my aircraft's."

"Calm your tits Dad, I'm fine, aren't I?"

"You're lucky is what you are," he shook his head, "you're lucky you're not dead or in one of those kydrochambers yourself, you should be thankful that you were only unconscious for a few hours... do ever think about anyone else? How your actions could affect other people? Or is everything just about Y/N?"

"I did what I did to protect everyone on the team, I thought about everyone apart from myself so stop lecturing me about not caring ... I care!" I retorted, raising my voice slightly.

"Fury wants you off missions," Steve sighed, as I turned to face him with furrowed brows, "he thinks you're a loose cannon."

"I'm the most stable fucking person on this team!" I argued, "don't pretend you don't need me here."

"We do, that's why Stark appealed it," Clint told me as my eyes went back to Stark.

"What?" I asked him as Wanda came crashing through the doors and everyone took this as their signal to leave.

"You're such a coward," she cursed, storming up to my bedside, "you left me asleep on my own while you went off to be this big saviour? Did you not think that maybe I needed you? Is that why you fucked me yesterday? So I'd be too tired to wake up when you snuck off?"

"Wanda," I sighed, closing my eyes and leaning my head back against the wall, "please calm down and stop shouting."

"No I won't calm down, I don't know if you quite realise how scared I was when I woke up and realised exactly where you were. I knew you wanted to go and do this but we were going to do it together, we agreed on that and then you ran off and did it anyway ... news flash Y/N/N! The world doesn't revolve around you."

"WANDA," I shouted as her mouth shut and she searched my eyes, "my head hurts, can you stop fucking having a go at me? It's bad enough I've had to get it in one ear from Stark, Fury wants me off missions and now you're shouting too and all I want is a fucking cheese toastie and a bath."

"Fury wants you off missions?"

"Apparently I'm 'a loose cannon'," I huffed, quickly taking out the IV in my hand and climbing out of the medical bed.

"I didn't mean to shout, I just- I'm just pissed off, I thought we were finally getting somewhere and then you take off in the middle of the night and get yourself locked up in a hydra cell," she reasoned.
