Becky received a call from Richie in the late afternoon and decided to go visit her parents since he sounded really serious over the call.
"Is there anything wrong?" -- Becky did feel the tension in the air and asked after finishing dinner. Her parents looked and each other and Richie moved uncomfortably on the couch.
"Becky... Mr. Kanpiang Sr visited us. After the issue happened at the shooting site, he asked your hand for Nop officially and hinted about pulling out all the shares if it's not happening." - Her dad finally answered. Becky looked at him in disbelief. The last thing she wanted was to affect her family in such a way.
"But they have been family friends for all these years and company is doing really well..." - She said half to herself and half to others.
"Can I help in anyway?.. about the shares?" - She asked helplessly.
"You know about the company shares Princess... It's not that easy. They are major share holders and if the news go out, it will affect the market and shares. We are trying to find potential investors." -- Rawee, her mother tried to console her.
Becky didn't know what to say. She doesn't want any of these things to happen. But she cannot be with someone she doesn't have any feelings for.

"I know what you are thinking Princess. Don't get stressed. we will find a way. We do have at least a a month's time." -- Richie told her while walking her to the car.
Becky knows that her brother understands her well. Without even saying a word he realised that she was planning to meet Nop regarding this.
Freen's POV
The days have been so hectic that I didn't get any time to go to the shooting site, to see Becky.. It's been a week and I decided to meet her on Friday evening at the audio launch function.
I do send her messages. She replies. But something is missing. She is not taunting me like she used to. She is not responding to my playful advances and flirting. Before I could feel that she likes me, though I don't know in what way. But now her cold shoulder is making me upset.

I had caught up with some works and was quite late to reach the venue. The launch party hall was heavily crowded. The flashes from media cams almost blinded my eyes. I was searching for Becky among the people and finally my eyes found her. And I noticed that she saw me too.

I had to catch up with many and I was a little bit relieved after finding Nam, Heng, Noey and Kade in the crowd. I don't like to give public appearances in main events or to be even on the stage, except it is a business meeting.
"You are supposed to be up there , you know, on the stage, close to her. And not with us here." - I glared at Nam's comment. But I can't deny. I am not really happy to see others' sitting next to Becky, as if they are very close to each other, whispering comments in each others' ears.
