      Danny and Jay with the help of Zack and Bonnie looked for Nick. But they were not able to find him before classes started. Since they were in the same class that morning, Danny and Jay decided to wait for him, but Nick walked into the class in the middle of lectures so they were not able to do anything but to wait till after class. They kept staring at him angrily and Nick gave them the why the fuck are you looking at me like that face. He came to school late so he missed all the drama earlier.

A few moments later a student from another class who was also on the basketball team came to announce that the coach wanted to make an announcement after the first period, so all basketball teammates were asked to meet at the gym. They were all surprised, including Nick and his friends because they've never had meetings after the first period.

" what's so urgent that coach wants to have a meeting this morning" Jay asked Danny in a whisper voice and Danny shrugged

After the first period, the boys headed to the gym to hear the coach out. When they gathered at the gym Danny and Jay felt a bit awkward because everyone kept staring at them.

"Why y'all staring at us, you've never seen gays before?" Asked Jay angrily, he was ready to start a fight with everyone but Danny kept holding him back.

Nick and his friends walked into the gym and Jay was about to storm up to him and probably punch him but Danny dragged him back, everyone including Nick and his friends stared at them in surprise "Hey hey" said Danny placing his hands on Jay's shoulder "we have had enough attention for now, wait till after the meeting" Jay took a long sigh and agreed with him "okay after the meeting" he said.

Coach Rooney walked into the gym, looking all angry and exasperated, he looked around and took a deep breath "This is a basketball team and I expect nothing more from any of you, what you do with your personal lives doesn't really affect me but there's a lot of news going around the school and I have confirmed that is true, I believe in God and I believe in his words. Homosexuality, lesbianism and every other thing in between, these things are sins and these are things I can't stand, so with the power I have, Daniel Gilbert and James Henderson, you are no longer a part of this team because we don't support homosexuality here. This is the last meeting you'll have with us, you have nothing to do with us again so say your farewells and leave.

Their eyes widened in shock, can this day get any worse? Honestly, the whole team was surprised and speechless because they knew Danny and Jay were their best players, even Nick was surprised but couldn't say anything because he was a bit scared of his dad.

Danny walked to the coach, "Coach you can't kick us out of the team this is what we live for, how can you do this to us? Said Danny as he tried to beg Coach Rooney but the coach paid no attention to him and he left immediately.

Danny stood still trying to process everything

Jay walked up to Nick and pushed him down to the floor, he punched his face over and over again but Danny walked up to them and pulled him up

"This is all your fault, I know you reported us to your dad and the whole school you homophobic freak, this is what you want right? To kick us off the team so that you can show your dad that you're the best and oh and you feel your dad would notice? Fuck you Nick, fuck you. Come on Danny let me kill this fucking bastard"

"What the fuck is wrong with you? I didn't tell my dad anything. Why would I tell my dad to kick you off the team? I know I don't like you, but I won't do that, you piece of shit, and I didn't out you to the school said Nick.

"Oh, you didn't? then who the fuck did, because I remember you're the only one who saw us?" Said Jay

Nick took a deep breath "Listen I might be a douchebag to y'all But there are certain things I respect, so if you ever lay your hands on me again trust me, you won't like it and it's none of my goddamn business what you do with your life" Nick replied him.
