Danny and Jay were so pissed, basketball is their life, they have been playing basketball since they were 12 years old, It was one of their means of communication, It meant everything to them, it was basically their love language and the coach took it away from them just because they are gay.
But there was nothing they could do but to just encourage themselves. It's just two months and they'll be done with high school and when they get into DUKE they will be able to play basketball as much as they want and no one would care about their sexuality. But they were so pained that they wouldn't be able to play in the finals, something they worked very hard for.
Coach Rooney didn't even let them watch the other teammates practice for the finals.
They had no other choice but to focus and study for their exams instead.

Mr. Parker took Mrs. Kira to see a movie they loved when they were together, he was so happy she agreed to follow him and they had fun recreating old memories.
Mr. Parker drove Kira back home after the movies. "I had so much fun" said Kira with a smile as Parker escorted her into the house.
"I'm glad you did" He replied.
Mr. Parker held Kira's hands and smiled "I'm happy you let me do this with you cause I've always wanted this, it's good to see you smile again cause I've missed it and I've missed you Kira," Kira smiled and gave him a little squeeze on his hands "I've missed you too"
They both smiled and stared into each other's eyes. It was love reigniting, they felt love again, he took a deep breath and kissed her and she kissed him back.
They smiled at each other and they hugged for what felt like forever and he waved her goodbye. When he left, she stood for a while just mesmerizing the kiss, her thumb found its way to her lips, and she rubbed it with her thumb softly and smiled cause all she could think about was that soft kiss.

Weeks went by and everything was back to normal. Many people didn't actually care about Jay and Danny being gay, Some actually thought it was very cute. But a lot of things changed since they were no longer on the basketball team, a lot of people stopped coming to watch them practice, and many students were angry about it and wondered how the school was going to win the finals. Students were angry that Jay and Danny were no longer on the team. The team actually became very boring, because Danny and Jay were definitely the lives of the team. Most of the teammates wanted them back but the coach refused to listen to any of them so there was nothing they could do.

About a week later, they joined Zack to celebrate his 17th birthday, they had dinner at his place, played some games and went home. But Shawn decided to take Zack to a place he had always wanted to go but couldn't go because he wasn't up to age.
"I have a surprise for you" said Shawn as he put his hand in the back pocket of his jeans
" what is it" said Zack
He brought out an ID from his pocket and Zack raised a brow " You got me an ID?"
"It's a fake ID and I'm taking you to an eighteen-rated club, you know the one out of town that you've always wanted to go to? I obviously can't wait till you're 18 so, we are going there tonight " said Shawn
" wait you are taking me to JAZZ PALACE? Oh my gosh, I've always wanted to go there" said Zack with excitement
"Yes buddy we are going to have some jazzy fun at the best gay club ever, I want to give you the full gay experience.
They got to the club, it was filled with men of all ages, sizes and colors. In Zack's words " I have never been to a place with this many gays" Shawn chuckled and they went onto the dance floor, they partied, they danced and they drank so much and they watched the Drag Queens perform and it was amazing. "This is the best night of my life" said Zack
Zack and Shawn sat by the bar talking over some shots when Zack saw something, his eyes could not believe. He used his hands to clean his eyes to see clearly "I know I'm a bit tipsy but I think I'm seeing someone here that I shouldn't be seeing, this is a gay club, right?"Zack asked curiously.
"Yes, it is. What are you seeing? Or who are you seeing? Asked Shawn as he tried to look around too
"Uhm a guy from my school, he's a senior, uhm the one on the gray shirt and black cargo pants Said Zack as he pointed over.
Shawn sighted the person and went "Oh you mean Nick?"
Zack looked at him in shock "Wait you know Nick? How did you know Nick?
"Yeah he comes here a lot, and we've hooked up once or twice I think" said Shawn like it was nothing
Zack's eyes widened, he couldn't believe what he was hearing "What the fuck! Hooked up when? But Nick is not gay ? he is the most homophobic person I know, except my uncle Philip of course"
Shawn burst out laughing "homophobic? Nah Nick is as gay as he could be, and yeah we hooked up, and man that guy was fire"
"Fire?" Said Zack raising a brow at him and Shawn chuckled and continued "It's been a while almost a year I think, I used to work here some time ago, I liked him, but he wasn't really the relationship type, he said he doesn't really do relationships so he just hooked up with guys but he was a pretty nice soul"
Zack's jaw dropped, he didn't know what surprised him more, was it the fact that Nick was gay or the fact that he said Nick was nice and he liked him. "wait, are you being serious with me now? Nick is a douchebag, a jerk and an asshole, and now he's gay?" Zack took a deep breath "and he outed Danny and Jay to the whole school and made his father kick them off the team just because he wanted to shine. How is such a person nice?"
"Oh really? That's pretty messed up, well I guess you can't know everything about someone. I don't know what Nick did or does at your school, I'm saying from the part that I saw" said Shawn taking another shot.
Zack watched Nick as he talked to one of the boys in the club, " I feel like walking up to him and busting him but I want to tell Danny and Jay first" said Zack as he watched them leave.
"What do you think they are going to do?" Asked Zack
"Something you've never done before" replied Shawn with a wink and Zack gave him a pout which made him chuckle
Everything felt like a dream to Zack at a moment he thought the drinks were making him see things, but everything was real, it was hard to believe, but it was real and he couldn't wait to tell Danny and Jay.
Zack took a deep breath "Well that's enough drama for one night, please take me home, I have school tomorrow" said Zack he struggled to stand still taking the last of his shot.
