Chapter Tweleve - Isabella Swan 

CARLISLE was in shock. Nova - Nova was a mom. The scene changed this time it was an active war zone. The Vampire could smell the scent of blood and burning flesh, he could hear the screams and the explosions. Flashing lights filled the air like fireworks on the Fourth of July. The night was dark but filled with smoke and ash as the world around him burned. 

Present-day Nova was next to him, tears welling in her eyes as the memory of the Battle of Hogwarts surrounded them. Carlisle's eyes widened as he saw what he knew was once a beautiful castle burn and fall. The overwhelming sound of the battle had made him wince.  

"Come on" Nova's seventeen-year-old voice had allowed Carlisle to focus on her; "Harry- we have to go" Carlisle saw that a younger-looking Harry had been crouched on the floor, his whole body shook as the dark-haired wizard lent over a body with bright ginger coloured hair. 

"That's Ron - Harry's best friend" Present-day Nova commented "My father had the honour of killing him" Nova's voice shook as she spoke  Carlisle saw that her whole body shook; there was barely a breeze in the air. 

"We dont have to do this" Carlisle stated quickly wrapping his arms around her tightly. Nova gave a large gulp and a deep sigh as she peered around 

"N-no I have to" she whispered softly "I haven't-" She paused to swallow deeply "I haven't seen any of this since the court cases..Come on, we're moving" 

Nova and Carlisle moved, following past-nova who was dragging Harry through the battle. Carlisle had to say he was impressed with Nova, her hands were waving around in almost like a dance. Magic escaped from her fingertips as she silently cast spells against the enemy.

"I can do wandless magic due to an 'accident'" Nova explained as they headed through a damaged exploding and burning courtyard she used quotation marks as she spoke about her accident. "my wand had exploded whilst I was being tortured it was all rather messy" The pair followed the grey version of Nova and Harry, Carlisle thankful as they left the school grounds and into the much quieter, even though darker, forest. They had arrived in a very large clearing and Carlisle and Nova paused at the edge as Harry and Nova headed in further. Harry's pale face was wet with tears as he looked around confused. 

"Nova, what-" he peered at her "No" he whispered as Past-Nova cried softly, realisation dawned upon the wizard. Nova, his best friend, and his ex-girlfriend betrayed him.

"I am so sorry Harry" she stated stepping back as Voldemort stepped forward an evil sinister grin on his face. "but they threatened her"

"Well done Nova dear" the dark wizard commented stepping to Nova, his hand on the back of the young girl's neck. "you see Harry Potter, Nova here has been my only trusted comerade, for years Potter she has been playing you...why trust an adult to do the job you 'girlfriend' could do for me" he sneered. Nova was pale and stood still as a rock, refusing to look at Harry or Voldemort, focusing on a thick tree trunk in front of her. Carlisle could pinpoint the moment the young wizard's heart broke. 

"He doesn't know about her does he?" Carlisle asked his Nova. The blonde witch shook her head 

"No" she explained "At this point no one does, Harry, didn't know about any of this until my trial- Voldemort thought threatening my mother had gotten me to work for him but before his death, Snape had hidden her away" 

"And now Potter, the boy who lived has come to die" Voldemort didn't even give Harry a chance to raise his wand Carlisle noticed the wizard bearly lift his own before a bright green light engulfed the forest around them. Carlisle and Nova had the angle that Nova previously didn't have. She watched as Harry's body flew in the air effortlessly like a weightless balloon, and landed several feet from where the young wizard stood. The green light faded as past Nova stood, she too had fallen alongside the dark lord as the spell erupted.
