"Ready for your first day?" I ask the twins
Well a nuh dem first day, last time I had to turn back for them because them scream dung the people them institution like them nuh already black

"Yesss" they both said excitedly in the backseat before I drove off again
Stopping a little above the skl gate as to not block the entrance I walk around the back helping them out n putting their little bags on their back
At the entrance of the class a teacher was there with a bright smile

I nod
"So nice to see these new bright faces, are you both excited for school?" She stoops to their level and ask
They nod as a response
"I see they're shy" she smiles then step aside for us to enter
About time
They sit beside each other with their bags on the desk
"Okay Ky and Aura, be good okay? As soon as school is over I'll come get you"
I kiss their foreheads
"Have a great day"
As I turn to walk away Aura was there bawling her eyes out
"Aura why yaah cry?"
"I wanna go with you" I pick her up
"You can't come with me you have to stay at school"
"I don't wanna stay" she cries loud
"Daddy" Ky frowns standing before me
I try to put Aura down but she clings onto me crying
"Come on Kyara, you're a big girl let daddy go" the teacher said making me aware of the audience
Aura gave her a bad eye in the midst of crying
"Don't leave me" she cries wrapping her arms around my neck
"Okay I won't leave you, sit down daddy gonna get you water okay?" She eventually stops crying so I place her down lying that I was just going to get her water
She looks at me through the window and I could hear her screaming again

I continue walking not looking back as her screams die down

I sigh closing the door
Now back home fi tidy up look over some sheets make sure the balance sheets add up cause them ppl deh think them can rob mi eno
I press on the gas enjoying the serenity of the drive
