BLACK DRAGON
Black Dragon was a motorcycle gang founded by Sano Shinichiro alongside three of his friends: Akashi Takeomi, Arashi Keizo, and Imaushi Wakasa. As the founder and the first leader, the eldest Sano hoped for his younger brothers to continue his footstep and become Leaders in the future. However, problem arose during succession between Kurokawa Izana and Sano Manjiro, resulting in Mikey creating Tokyo Manji Kai and Izana abandoning Tokyo altogether, leaving Black Dragon deserted and declined.
Cannot withstand the sight of the once-fearful gang losing its fangs and claws, Inui Seishu offered to revive Black Dragon and be part of Tokyo Manji Kai. However, feeling that he was unworthy to become the Leader, he appointed Shiba Taiju to be new Leader of Black Dragon. The eldest Shiba agree to assume the role and with assistance from Inupi and Kokonoi Hajime, Black Dragon rose again to become Toman's strongest, most loyal subsidiary.
Along the way, Shiba Taiju retired and passed on the baton of leadership to Shiba Yuzuha, whom dutifully complied due to the Shiba family ties with one of Toman's founders Mitsuya Takashi. During Yuzuha's leadership, Kisaki Tetta - with Sano Manjiro's permission - assigned Black Dragon to the Sixth Division to assist in the new drug-dealing business, paving the way for Toman to be one of the biggest criminal organizations in Tokyo and soon Japan.
STRUCTURE
Black Dragon's highest rank was held by a Leader. Serving below him/her are the Attack Squad Captain and Elite Guard Captain acting as his/her second-in-commands. Black Dragon Leader's position was equal to Toman's Division Captain, hence the Leader acted out according to Toman President's words.
In Black Dragon, the Leader was in charge of leading the gang's hundreds of members and making decisions in accordance to Toman's vision. Similar to Toman's President, Black Dragon Leader had the final say in the gang and everything he/she commanded was the law.
