Since we're dealing with quite a number of characters, I think it's best for us to have a list of character profiles for a start. It includes information of several characters - including yours - which are open for updates to be revealed in later chapters.

TOKYO MANJI KAI
Tokyo Manji Kai, or Toman for short, was founded in 2003 by a group of eight delinquents-to-be: Sano Manjiro, Ryuguji Ken, Baji Keisuke, Mitsuya Takashi, Hayashida Haruki, Hanagaki Takemichi, Hanemiya Kazutora, and Kisaki Tetta. It was founded as a vessel to fulfill Mikey's dream of creating a new era for delinquents. Throughout its reign, Toman rapidly grew its power and members, and became parent organization of several gangs, mainly thanks to Mikey's charming charisma, Kisaki's brilliant plans, as well as Draken's and Baji's fighting prowess. Along the way, Mikey became ambitious and transformed Toman from a mere biker gang to one of the biggest criminal organization in Tokyo and soon Japan.
STRUCTURE
Toman's highest rank was held by a Leader/President, accompanied by a Vice-Leader/Vice-President as his right-hand man. They were in charge of making critical decisions and leading the captains working below them. In Toman, the Leader had the final say and everything he commanded was the law.
Under the President and Vice-President were six Division Captains, each led one division that specialized in different roles and and responsibilities. The captains were assisted by Division Vice-Captains as second-in-command. Both of them held a certain amount of autonomy in leading their division and its 20-200 division members.
PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT
The two most important persons throughout the gang. Held absolute power over Toman and all of its members. Main responsibilities include determining the direction of Toman's growth and making final decisions pertaining to Toman's benefit.
