Chapter 15

A few minutes later, of the teacher talking after all the students finally showed up to class, and the teacher yelling about everyone being late, class finally altmost comes to an end.
"Everyone's homework for next class is written on the board, let's try doing it this time, you know very well each one of you need grades. Actually, I'll give you another project, since that seems the only way to make y'all do your work without failing the class. How about, a poster with information on today's lesson, but make it good! And creative, I wanna see something good this time, plus a presentation. Don't worry you'll have time to go out and whatever y'all do these days, you have about 2 weeks time, I know everyone is going to do it last minute, but if it's good then I'll let that pass...." The teacher checks his phone "It's already 9:55! God I gotta hurry up if I want to make it to my next class, don't forget about the homework everyone!" He says rushing out the door almost leaving his bag behind.
"Yo Jae! What are you doing?" Ryung asks watching jaehyun doodle over the lesson he just wrote down
"What does it look like I'm doing? It's so boring here, they don't teach anything intresting these days" he complains leaning against the wall
"Well, I'll go see my gf, she's waiting!" he exclaims running to the door with a huge grin on his face
"Haa...everyone's outside" jaehyun turns to Minsoo ready to complain about everything again.
"I wish I could just leave and get a coffee, I'm so tired and we have so many classes left" complains Minsoo matching jaehyuns mood.
"Let's leave then"
"What?"
"Well, you wanna leave, so do I, let's just skip class, I mean it won't affect your grade at all, and mines already screwed" he tries to convince Minsoo, ready to trow in a few new arguments
'Should I? I've never really skipped school unless it was for being sick or work. Actually I've always been afraid of doing so, even now. But If he comes too I don't think I hate the idea.....' thinks Minsoo trying to find reason for wanting to spend time with jaehyun
"...Fine, but only because I won't have to go alone" he gets up packing his bags quickly knowing the don't have much time to leave, nudging jaehyun to do the same.
They get their bags, quickly running across the corridor to the front door. Minsoo heads for the exit but jaehyun quickly grabs his hand, holding it tight as he drags Minsoo towards the back door exit.
"What, why did y-" jaehyun covers Minsoo's mouth before he could ask
"Sorry, the principal was walking by, let's head trough the back door" he whispers letting go of Minsoo's hand, letting him speak
"You don't have to apologise..."Minsoo mutters, looking at the floor trying to hide how his whole face was burning up, and he forgot how to walk for a second while jaehyun was basically pinning him down.
"Let's go before anyone else shows up!" Whispers jaehyun grabbing his hand again, running with him across the hallway, only letting go of his hand once he's realising that he instinctively grabbed it, his ears turning red, hiding it by running faster, him forgetting how to breathe for a second as he realises he's done that twice.
'Omg I grabbed his hand, we basically held hands! Actually, what am I reacting like this to, he probably didn't even think anything of it, im just overreacting' he thinks, finally catching his breath when they finally get out of there, pausing to catch their breath on the sidewalk. Jaehyun glances over at Minsoo, looking to see if he was overreacting, or if maybe..he wasn't?
'Wait, why's his face red ?...oh god what if I made him uncomfortable?' Rushes to say something, but takes one last look at Minsoo's face before burying his eyes in the ground.
"Hey sorry if I made you uncomfortable, didn't mean to" says jaehyun quietly
"What? No!...I didn't hate it.." mutters Minsoo also looking at the ground
"Oh alright, let's go to the park then, it's nice there" he says getting up, lost in his thoughts, trowing glances at Minsoo as they walk to the park . 'What did he mean by that? He didn't hate it? What? Why am I feeling so nervous yet exited, I feel like I forget how to breathe sometimes, god I'm crazy' jaehyun thinks trying to calm down
'Why did I say that? What if he thinks I'm a weirdo now? Ha...just forget it he probably didn't think that much about it, im just worrying about nothing.' Thinks Minsoo trying to walk properly.
As they walk, lost in their thoughts, one watching the ground like it's telling him his exact thoughts, one trying to get ahold of his own body, they get to the park, almost walking past it lost in their own thoughts.
