Do you really hate me ?

Chapter 18

"Did you pack everything? Let's go" asks jeahyun waiting for Minsoo to pack everything after class, so they can go work on the project they have.
"Yeah" they walk towards the library, jaehyun holding some papers and struggling to keep his backpack on his shoulder.
"Put everything on this table, this one's better." Says Minsoo dropping everything he was holding, plopping in his chair "What were we supposed to write about again?"
"Whatever lesson we had the other class, I just screenshoted some things from wiki, let's just copy that" replies jaehyun looking bored
"Sounds good" he starts writing because he has a better handwriting than jaehyun, which he loves to point out each time he lets jaehyun copy the homework they've had.
"Want water?" Asks jaehyun holding a bottle of water he just took a sip out of, focusing on the page he had to write
"Sure" he grabs the bottle, his ears turning red as he realises they're both sharing the same water bottle.
"Did you finish writing the first two pages?" Asks jaehyun, taking another sip from the water, noticing Minsoo's red ears
'??...why is he red? Is it too hot out here? I'll just turn on the ac then, wait...weren't we just sharing this water bottle ?...oh my god...' he thinks not moving a muscle, feeling his heart skip a beat, he can't even concentrate on writing so he just stands there fiddling with the pen he's holding 'why am I like this, god, I'll just glue these pages and then write since I can't concentrate at all'
"Can you pass me the glue please?" Says jeahyun holding together to pieces of paper with one hand, and waiting for the glue with the other.
"There ain't any" he says looking around the table
"Then let's go grab some from the supply closet, im sure the other classes left some there at some point"
"Yeah sure" they get up, walking towards the hallway, Minsoo following jaehyun lead not knowing where the supply closet was.
"It should be around here somewhere, just look in that box and I'll look in this one" says jaehyun searching through the boxes, the room being dark but the open door leaves some light to see . The janitor walks by, seeing the door open, not seeing either of them as it's too dark 'whys the door open? I'll get in trouble if I leave it open, happened before. When did I even forget it open? I'll just lock it real quick, god it's so loud here too, why are kids so loud these days?' Thinks the janitor as he quickly closes the door, leaving to clean some other place he was headed at
"What was that? Minsoo did you lock the door?" Asks jaehyun looking for Minsoo in the darkness of that room, not being able to see much other than Minsoo plopped on the ground, hearing the janitors mop bucket drag round the floor as he leaves
"I think he accidentally locked us here, god. Don't worry I'll just quickly call Ryung to get us out..." he says reaching for his phone but getting distracted by how loud Minsoo was breathing
"Hey are you okay? What's happening?" He plops down next to him on the ground, checking to see what's going on.
Minsoo's breathing gets louder and louder, as he grasps for air each passing moment, shrinking into himself on the ground with his back against the shelves, barely hearing jaehyun asking if he's ok slowly figuring out what's going on, he feels as if there's not enough air, as if the room is getting smaller and darker, he feels jaehyuns arm wrap around his shoulders, while his other arm slipped around his waist, pulling him close, as Minsoo rests his head on jaehyun shoulder, neither of them letting go. Jaehyun pulling him so close Minsoo can hear jaehyun heart beating faster, which distracts him from the darkness of that closed room. Minsoo's hand grasps on his shirt, not wanting to let go when jaehyun reached for his pocket to grab his phone
"...can we stay like this for a minute please?" Asks Minsoo still holding onto his shirt
"Yeah, of course, it's ok, nothing to be scared of, it's ok" says jaehyun hugging him even tighter, quickly texting Ryung to come open the door for them.
They sit in silence but not a necessarily an uncomfortable one, jaehyun holding Minsoo close, slighting brushing his arm telling him it's ok, while Minsoo still grasping on his shirt, keeping his eyes closed as they both wait for Ryung to open the door.
Around 10 minutes later, Ryung shows up with the janitors key, opening the door quickly. Seeing them both standing, leaning against the shelves, with minsoo still holding onto jaehyun shirt, letting go a few moments after seeing Ryung there
"Let's go, the janitor apologised when u told him he locked you two here, he's too busy to come here too tho. Are you ok? What happened?" Asks Ryung seeing Minsoo staring at the ground
"I'm ok, let's go" replies Minsoo looking at jaehyun waiting to follow his lead
They all leave, walking towards the library
"What were y'all looking for?" Asks Ryung
"Glue" replies jaehyun chuckling
"All that for glue, anyway, I gotta go, my girlfriends waiting for me, see ya!" Says ryung waving at both of them as he leaves
"Are you Okay? Should we go finish that project?"
"Yeah I'm fine, let's go" replies Minsoo with a soft smile on his face . They both start working on the project again 'oh god why did I do that? I should apologise, he was probably so uncomfortable the whole time, how could I just do that, God' thinks Minsoo looking as if his face as literally on fire.
"Want water?" Asks jaehyun handing him the water bottle that's been there for ages, looking just as red as Minsoo, feeling his heart racing
"Thanks" says Minsoo taking a sip of the water.
"Random question, wanna go to the new amusement park in a few days? I meant to ask you earlier but I forgot with this project and all" says jaehyun shaking his leg under the table and fiddling with the papers he was writing on
"Sure, and thanks for today" replies Minsoo with a soft smile on his face, almost staring a hole into the table.
