Fuyu awoke with a throbbing pain in his stomach, he was recollecting his memories and as each piece blended into a clear picture Fuyu grew disgusted with the memory. Attempting to move, Fuyu realized his hands were chained behind him.

Fuyu leaned against the wall as the screeching sound of the disc played loudly, gaining Tsugino attention. He could tell Tsugino heard because of the frantic footsteps that echoed in the silent hallways. Fuyu found it strange that Sakura decided to sit on the desk behind where Maeno stood, Sakura had been acting weird ever since he had cursed her (and Maeno) for empathizing with Tsugino.
Fuyu and Sakura were always butting heads, even before everyone in the hospital died. When Sakura had been transferred to the hospital, she was shaken and docile, almost similar to that of a shriveled leaf that would break if the smallest amount of pressure was placed.
Fuyu was often cold and more often than not rude to the patients, in which Sakura would always defend the patients including herself. Always saying how, "we can't control it, its an illness!" Fuyu cared little about what Sakura had to say, and because of the little sympathy he felt for the patients Sakura grew to resent him. To hate him with every fiber of her being. Some might say it's silly to find repugnance in someone who simply doesn't bother trying to put themselves in your shoes, however Fuyu's snide little remarks went under Sakura's skin more and more.
When Sakura was little, she was surrounded by friends and family who had no sympathy for her, not that she was expecting it. Sakura had been physically abused by her mother. You'd assume she wouldn't be bothered if they felt no sympathy for her however it was because of this lack of sympathy they felt inclined to trample over her and harm her as well.
It was because of this, Sakura's mind warped from Zeno, decided anyone who thought it'd be funny to joke or mock those who were suffering deserved to face the very things they taunted.
Tsugino bursted into the room rambling about how Maeno must want Tsugino to kill him, his endless rambling filled the room as his sinister smile widened with each step he took. Of course he noticed the other two, but figuring Maeno wanted him to kill after all, he chose to ignore them. After all, Maeno was finally his and his alone, he had nowhere to run off if he wanted. As he stepped further on, he was surprised when a loud snap occurred and Maeno fell into his arms wrapped in a rope. Maeno looked back, mortified at the sight before him.
Sakura could only grin in response.
Fuyu leapt forward, yelling as he attempted to tackle Sakura, "what the hell are you doing!?" A warm feeling in his stomach halted him as his body grew weak, Sakura had stabbed him. The blood was warm and blood poured from his mouth. He couldn't even get up to stop Sakura or Tsugino, his body too weak after being beaten half to death from Tsugino from before and now stabbed in the stomach.
Falling to his knees, he watched as Tsugino happily held Maeno in his arms as Sakura held Fuyu in her's. When Fuyu looked in her eyes, he was taken aback to see her dark empty eyes. Sakura had relapsed. When did it even happen?
Fuyu grit his teeth, trying to push her off him but with his weakened body losing blood he began to grow unconscious. As his vision blurred, the screams and cries of Maeno echoed in his ears; ringing endlessly.

A pair of soft fingers roughly grabbed at his hair, pulling his head up. Upon looking up he could distinguish Sakura's purple hair and grumbled at the sight of her, she was pleased with this response. Cooing to Fuyu, "good morning doctor." Her tone was full of mockery, not an ounce of respect or care within her words; they dripped of hatred. "You seem sleepy still, are you?" Even though she knew the answer, she still asked in hopes of a response. Though, Fuyu didn't reply to her question, only glancing down, stating "you fixed my wounds." Sakura smiled at him, a fist filled of his hair still in her grasp, "of course I did, I'm not done with you." Fuyu frowned at this, already suspecting how she planned to eat him alive because of her Zeno.
