The next morning Lisa awoke with her head on Carla's naked chest they had only been asleep for a few hours both making use of the hotel room with no Betsy to hear them. To show each other exactly how much they loved the other.

Emotions in the air were both raw. Both realising that without the other their life line would be gone. They were their reason to live. To support each other. They never thought when they first got together that their connection would become this deep. Partners, best friends, both mothers with Becky to Betsy their big mouthed, annoying at times princess of a daughter (that they also could not live without). And most importantly each others person.

They both already knew each other's deepest and darkest secrets from nights when one would hold the other and just listen to their past. Last night they both thanked each other for being their person.

Lisa smiled and lifted her head off her love. Studying Carla's features. She was relaxed and happy. Lisa couldn't help but let her smile grow at the thought of last night.

Until she remembered what Carla had said at one point during the mist of their passion. "I would put a baby in you right now if I could" was that Carla saying she wanted a baby? Did she mean what she said? Aren't they to old to be thinking about little babies?

Lisa's thoughts vanished when she felt the brunette move Lisa pressed a kiss to her lovers collarbone Carla pulled her lover closer kissing the side of her head.

Slowly the women got up for the day. They made their way to breakfast where they met Josh and Hayden. The four of them fell into a comfortable conversation. The women told them about their move next week. Josh was dying to offer to help with there move but didn't want to over step any boundary's.

Josh and Carla went to their last day of seminars and Lisa offered for Hayden to join her in the spa. The two of them got on well. They both had the same sense of humour. Lisa listened to the story's of Josh and his troubles of their parents. She learnt more about him. She found that Hayden's family was their support system and they hadn't heard from her parents for years.

Lisa told him about her in laws and the support they have given both her and Carla the past couple of years and how they had welcomed her and Betsy into their family so easily. Hayed expressed that he would love to get to know them and for them to get to know their family to which Lisa agreed.

They met their two partners when the seminars ended. They sat together to eat their dinner. Finding out new things about each other. They mentioned the move again which is when Josh found the courage to offer their support.

"Yeah of course. That would be amazing" Lisa smiled. "If you want to come up to Manchester next Friday we can spend the weekend together then the three of us have annual leave booked in to move on the Monday." Lisa offered. "Kate, Michelle, Nina, Jenny and Roy are coming over on the Sunday for a last family meal on the Sunday so you can meet them all" Carla informed them.

"That would be amazing" Josh smiled. At the end of the night the four of them bid their fair wells. Each exchanging their numbers.

After Carla and Lisa drove back home both looking forward to seeing their daughter and telling her about Josh. They chatted on the way back planning their wedding and plans for the house. Lisa's hand rested on the inside of Carla's thigh the whole way home.

When they got home they was met by Betsy pulling them both in for a hug. "I missed you so much bets" Carla smiled pressing a kiss to her daughter's head. "I missed you too mum" Betsy whispered. The sentence took her breath away and Betsy noticed pulling away. "Did I say something wrong?" The teen questioned
"You called me mum" Carla whispered. "Are you ok with that?" Betsy asked when she saw the tears running down her face. Carla smiled and pulled her in for a hug. "Baby you can call me what ever you like. I don't want you to feel pressured to call me that" carla told her.

"I like mum" Betsy smiled looking at both Carla and Lisa. "Me too" Carla smiled. Lisa pulled them both in for a hug.

"So was it as boring as you thought?" Betsy asked when they were sat nursing a cup of tea. "Ermm no it wasn't actually" Carla admitted looking over to Lisa.

"Ooo drama fill me in!" Betsy smiled getting herself comfortable

"Actually bets. It's our drama" Lisa told the girl who frowned. "So there is some things i didn't tell you about me bets. From a very long time ago" Lisa told the girl Carla placed a hand Lisa's thigh for support.

"Theee.. aaa. God" Lisa had tears in her eyes already. "The reason I don't speak to my parents anymore is because when I was 17 they threw me out for being gay." Lisa told the girl whose expression didn't change. "I met your mumma and I was so excited I'd found someone I loved. I knew they hated gay people they had always made sure me and my brother knew it. But one day I snapped and told them hoping a positive view will change their minds but obviously it didn't. Or I wouldn't be telling you this" Lisa joked slightly. Causing both of her girls to smirk.

"We argued for hours. My brother Josh said some pretty hurtful things as well. But the moment I left was after my dad hit me." Lisa had tears running down her face now. "Broke three of my ribs. And I never looked back. Made sure they couldn't find me" Carla's arm pulled her impossibly closer as Betsy reached for her mums hand

"Mum that's awful I'm so sorry you went though that" Betsy whispered. "I never knew it was that bad"

"You was never to know what happened bets me, mumma and mum" Lisa looked at Carla who smiled softly. "All three of us don't want don't want you to even know what sort of pain and evil there is in this world" Lisa told the girl who hugged both her mums.

"Which leads me to tell you why" Lisa smiled "it turns out car has known my brother Josh for a few years." Lisa told the girl who most definitely was frowning now. "What. How. Mum how have you never told us." Betsy questioned the brunette. "I didn't know. He didn't know who I was. Until I showed him the picture we took after I proposed" Carla explained.

"Right yes sorry" Betsy smiled softly. "So you've seen him" questioning the blonde. Who nodded.

"Car convinced me to talk to him and well he seems sorry and sorry he seems happy he is married and doesn't speak to our parents" Lisa explained. "But how can you. How can we trust him mum" the girl questioned.

"Well for one he's gay him self. Says it was jealousy that made him say the things he did" Lisa told the girl who was slightly shocked.

"I spoke to him for hours bets when I found out and his story didn't trip up. We can trust him. I believe" Carla told her who nodded.

"We've invited him to come over next Friday with Hayden his husband." Lisa told her.

"If you don't like this Bets we will cancel. Or we will meet him at a mutual ground. Or if he gets here and you don't like it will ask them to leave" Carla told her daughter seriously.

"You feeling safe in our home is the most important thing to both me and mum" lisa told her.

The girl nodded and asked if she could think about it. to which they both agreed.
