Carla and Lisa

Part 43

Betsy decided to give Josh a chance. She told her mum she would prefer to meet Josh on mutual ground. To which her mums agreed. Josh was understanding when Lisa explained they have to put their daughter first.

Friday afternoon Lisa walked into the factory like usual with the three of their lunches.

"Knock knock" she smiled causing Carla to look up. Lisa placed two coffee and their lunch in front of her placing a kiss to her temple.

Before heading to Betsy to let her know she was here.

Carla quickly took a coffee and spat it back In the cup. "A hot chocolate !" Carla complained. "That one's mine. Did you really just spit back into my drink" Lisa complained sitting on the sofa in the office. "Since when have you drank hot chocolate" Carla argued scowling at her liver as she moved to sit with her.

"Since I've had 6 coffees already today and I've got the shakes" Lisa whispered almost embarrassed. "You nervous?" Carla asked her lover placing her hand on her thigh.

Lisa gave her a little nod. "Me too" Carla admitted. She pulled Lisa closer wrapping her arm around her waist resting her head on top of Lisa's that was resting on her shoulder.

Betsy walked into the office to get her food and sit with her mums.

"Let me guess. You're both nervous about tonight" the girl asked. Both women had promised to always be honest with Betsy so they nodded in unison. "Me too" the girl told them. Lisa opened her arm out for Betsy to join them. The girl stood her self up and plonked herself in the middle of the both of them.

"I reccon we should go home and put a movie on" Lisa told her girls. "What about going back to work" Carla asked her shocked she was willing to sack it off. "They don't need me and Sarah!" Lisa called the blonde over. "Can you lock up today we have some errands to run" Lisa smiled.

To which Sarah happily agreed when Carla told her to lock up early.

The three of them made it back to the flat before Lisa and Carla snuggled up on the sofa and Betsy went to the kitchen to make tea and popcorn. Carla lay with her head on Lisa's chest.

Whilst watching the movie the three of them got to planning some extra wedding bits and bobs. They had sorted the flowers and venue by the evening and was excited to tell their family the date of their wedding on Sunday. Which Betsy also had no clue when it was going to be and she hated it.

"So when have you booked the venue for?" The girl would ask trying to trip them up. Lisa would stick her tonge out and Carla would roll her eyes. "Not happening little swain" Carla laughed.

Carla excused herself not long after to start getting ready. "Mum do you think she will be ok with her surprise on monday?" Betsy asked her mother. "I think you will make your mum the most happiest woman alive when you give it her Monday" Lisa told the girl smiling widely.

"We will be a proper family" Betsy smiled. "We will" Lisa bit her lip smiling "we will be The swains before we know it" Lisa smiled.

A little later on the three walked into the bistro and got sat in a booth by toyah. "Bets if you want to leave at any point just say or nudge me or what ever and we will leave" Carla told her. "Thanks mum" Betsy smiled.

It wasn't long until Josh and Hayden walked into the bistro. They shared awkward smiles as they sat down. "Bets this is Josh my brother and his husband Hayden. Josh, Hayden this is our daughter Betsy." Lisa smiled.

Betsy gave them a smile "nice to meet you Betsy we have heard a lot" Josh smiled to the young girl. "Oh god. All good I hope" the girl laughed

"Your mums love you very much" Josh smiles looking at his sister and Carla. "They are the best"the girl replies.

"So I've heard" Josh replies. "So Josh. Hayden tell me about yourselves" Betsy tells the two men.

Both and Josh where explaining their lives all three women where interested with what they had to say they pretty much told them what they had at the convention. "So you don't talk to them anymore?" Betsy asked. "Your grandparents?" Josh asked.

"They are not my grandparents" Betsy almost growled. Lisa placed her hand on Betsy's shoulder to comfort her.

"Sorry" Josh smiled shyly.

The conversation started to flow more smoothly over the course of the night. By the end of their meal the five of them went back to the flat where the played cards against humanity.

Carla had convinced Lisa to let Betsy have a few drinks. Which turned into the girl having quite a few and being very drunk by the end of the 3rd round of cards against humanity. They all were very drunk. The men were invited to stay the night in the spare room.

Carla kissed her daughter's forehead good night after getting her to bed and found her wife to be already tucked up in bed. "Good night?" The brunette asked getting her self ready for bed. The blonde nodded as she bit her lip watching her lover get undressed.

"Perv" Carla smirked as she flicked her underwear at her lover. "I can't help it. My wife is so hot" Lisa smiled. Pulling her lover down into her arms.

"2 months today baby" Carla smiles kissing her way down Lisa's neck.
