4th June 2023 - one year and seventeen weeks.
'Morning...' Imogen says softly, a small smile on her face as she glances at Leah who groans and rolls further into the brunette's embrace.
'Mm... It feels like really early right now, babes.' Leah mumbles causing Imogen to laugh.
'It's just after eight. You can go back to sleep for a bit if you want? I can get up with Rory when she wakes up.' Imogen says, her hand gently running up and down the blonde's back.
'I can't believe Roo is still asleep.' Leah says, her hand running over her face.
'What are your plans for today? Do you have anything planned?' Imogen asks and Leah shakes her head.
'Honestly? I've got nothing in particular planned but if you've not got anything on, I'd love to just have a day with you and Roo... Maybe go into London for a little bit?' Leah replies and Imogen nods her head.
'A day in London with you guys sounds good to me. We could grab some lunch and maybe do some shopping?' Imogen suggests causing Leah to smile.
'Sounds perfect to me, Ims.' Leah replies softly. Their trip to the Champions League final in Eindhoven was absolutely amazing. They'd managed to see both Keira and Lucy, who introduced them to her new partner, before taking in the sights of the city. Their journey home had changed slightly after they encouraged Lia to travel to Spain to get to know a certain Spanish forward a little bit better.
'Are you looking forward to Ibiza? Nervous about leaving Rory with your mum?' Imogen asks and Leah shrugs her shoulders.
'I'm not nervous about leaving her so to speak; I just- I've never left her for this long and don't get me wrong, I'm really looking forward to having the time away with you and the girls and I know that once I'm there I will enjoy it but I might be a bit of a nervous wreck on the flight so I'm gonna warn you about that now.' Leah replies.
'If you really don't want to leave her, we don't need to go... I'm quite happy to go away for a few days with just you and Rory. I really don't mind.' Imogen says and Leah shakes her head.
'Don't be silly. We're going to have a great time.' Leah replies.

'Ducky!' Rory gasps, her little arms reaching out towards the stuffed Donald Duck teddy on the shelf causing Imogen to smile as she gently bounces the little girl on her hip. The three of them having decided to have a browse in the Disney Store.
'Oh my goodness, is that Donald Duck? Is her your favourite? Will we ask mummy if Immy can buy him for you because every little girl needs a Donald Duck?' Imogen says smiling as she turns to face the blonde who raises her eyebrows.
'Say, mummy can we please buy Donald Duck?' Imogen says causing Leah to laugh.
'Why do you look like you want Donald Duck more than her?' Leah asks.
'I always wanted one when I was little... I think I put him on my Christmas list for at least four years in a row.' Imogen replies.
'And never got him?' Leah asks watching the brunette shake her head.
'My parents were always paying so much for me to pursue football so...' Imogen replies shrugging her shoulders.
'We can get Donald Duck.' Leah says, a small nod of her head as she watches Imogen turn to grab the duck for Rory who giggles and immediately wraps her arms around it.
'I can't wait to have so many babies with you.' Leah whispers as she leans forward and presses a kiss to the brunette's cheek.
****
'You okay?' Imogen asks watching the way the blonde attempts to discreetly rub at her knee.
'Mm... Maybe after this we could go back to mine? Maybe just order a takeaway or something in for dinner?' Leah suggests.
'Of course. Sore?' Imogen asks and Leah shakes her head.
'Not sore exactly, just a little bit of discomfort.' Leah admits.
'I've had such a good day today, though. It's been nice to just be out the three of us.' Leah says and Imogen nods her head.
'It has.' Imogen replies smiling.
'Are you looking forward to the World Cup? Home tournaments are amazing.' Leah asks and Imogen nods her head.
'Mm... I am. We don't have to talk about that though.' Imogen replies shaking her head.
'I don't want you to feel like you can't talk about it, Ims. Just because I can't go doesn't mean I'm not so excited for you getting to experience a home tournament.' Leah says reaching across the table to gently squeeze the brunette's hand.
'I just feel guilty. I know how much you were looking forward to it.' Imogen replies.
'I was but do you know what else I'm looking forward to? Watching you shine. Don't get me wrong, I'll still be rooting for my girls but I'm looking forward to watching you shine in your home country.' Leah says softly.
'Do you think you'll get out to any of the games?' Imogen asks and Leah shrugs her shoulders.
'I hope I'll make it to some but I don't know how much. Depends how my appointments go, doesn't it?' Leah replies.
'Mm... Hopefully you can get to some of the games you want to go to then. Do you think Beth will go out for any?' Imogen asks and the blonde shakes her head.
****
'I've got a present for you.' Leah says as she makes her way into the bedroom after putting Rory down for the night.
'For me? What for?' Imogen asks and Leah shrugs her shoulders.
'Because I love you.' Leah replies placing the bag down in front of the brunette who moves herself into a sitting position. Pulling the bag closer to her, she reaches her hand inside and immediately gasps as she glances up at the blonde.
'You didn't?' Imogen says watching Leah bite her bottom lip.
'You'll need to just have a look and see, won't you?' Leah replies smiling. She watches the brunette reach into the bag and pull out the contents, a small smile on her face as tears fill her eyes.
'Le...' She says quietly.
'Every little girl needs a Donald Duck.' Leah says repeating the brunette's words from earlier. Placing the Duck at the pillows, Imogen leans up on her knees and wraps her arms around the blonde.
'Thank you...' Imogen almost whispers.
'Thank you. For loving my little girl as much as you do... We'd be lost without you, Ims. I meant it when I said I can't wait to have so many babies with you.' Leah says.
'Mm... When can we start?' Imogen asks laughing.
'Let's give it a year, yeah? Doesn't mean we can't have fun trying though, ey?' Leah says winking at the brunette who laughs and buries her head in the crook of the blonde's neck.
'I fucking love you, Leah Williamson.' Imogen says softly.
'I love you too... So, so much.' Leah replies, her hands running softly up and down the brunettes back.
