It was over. It was finally over. The Enchantress was dead.

The Evil Queen disappeared as soon as she heard her partner had been defeated. She would be found soon. Changes were happening but Camryn didn't feel like the terror had ended. Maybe she would never feel normal or whole again. Ransom was gone forever. The longer she believed he was dead the more it seemed real. He was really gone and she didn't know what to do. For her whole life, he had been by her side. They did everything together. When they stopped the attacks they were going to rule the land together. She was going to be his queen. They both had so many plans. How could she do everything alone?

Whitney smiled at her. Almost like she could read her mind she said, "Together we'll sort out what really happened in the fairy tales, and whatever is ahead we can figure it out together. Ransom isn't here anymore but-." Tears started to squeeze from her eyes as she thought about him. "He gave his life for us, for you and he would do it again."

Whitney was right. Camryn knew that she would never get over Ransom. He wasn't just some boy that came and left. He was her family and nothing would ever change that. She was Ransom's queen and he was a hero.
