The chapter begins with Oscar walking along the lower outer deck of the ship's hull. There's no sign of any pirates anywhere.

"How long will it be before Oscar finds Ozpin?" Ruby wonders.

"It's hard to know." Weiss replied, unsure. "But right now, Oscar needs to deal with these pirates."

Oscar keeps walking until he finds the stairwell leading to the next level but it's filled by a ton of cargo. He gets to the back of the hull and finds a crane holding a lifeboat from the upper deck. He carefully climbs up the crane and gets to the next level. Then he goes up a ladder to get to the next deck above. He navigates through the spaces between some big crates and eventually sees a guard from around a corner. As the guard turns the corner, Oscar ambushes him and knocks him, taking his gun.

"These pirates needs to be careful about their surroundings." Yang sassed.

Oscar keeps moving until he gets to a ledge and hides behind a crate. "Okay, okay... Let's take a look." He whispers.

He peaks over the ledge and sees an open area with a door under another ledge at the end. A few more pirates occupy the area. Suddenly, the ship lurches from the storm and Oscar is thrown forward off the ledge along with the crates. The pirates take notice of him and open fire.

"Ah crap." Nora mutters.

"Guess stealth is out of the option." Jaune says.

"Oh, shit!" Oscar sighs. "So much for stealth."

Oscar takes cover behind the crates and returns fire. The ship continues to rock a little and throws them off balance. "Argh, I hate boats." He says in frustrations.

"Agreed, how is he supposed to shoot straight if the boat continues to rock back and fourth?" Coco retorts.

Oscar focuses on taking out the pirates distracted by their loss of balance. After clearing the area, a tall pirate with body armor and a big machine gun drops down from the other ledge and shoots at Oscar.

"Where did that thing come from?" He asks, stunned.

"Jeez, how many brutes are there exactly??" Velvet questions.

Oscar evades fire and tries to shoot back but does nothing to the armored man. As water crashes down on the ship, he hides between the crates and waits for the pirate to come near him. Then he throws a grenade at him which blows up on his face and makes him drop his big gun. Oscar quickly takes the gun and uses it to pierce the pirate's armor and kill him. He throws the big gun down since it's too heavy for him to carry and goes through the door. He enters a deserted outdoor lounging area with a pool.

Suddenly, Firestone's voice is heard from a loudspeaker in the area. "Take the prisoner to the hold." He announced.

"The hold, huh? Thanks for the tip, Firestone." Oscar muttered.

"It's a trap." Pyrrha says.

Mercury rolled his eyes. "Of course it's a trap. He wouldn't have announced it if it was."

Oscar drops into the empty pool as the ship lurches again.

Summer blinked, puzzled. "What is he...??"

"Marco?" Oscar calls out in a jokingly manner. "Marco

"You cannot- Get out of the pool, Oscar." Qrow deadpans, annoyed.

Winter facepalmed. "Shouldn't you be rescuing someone?"

Oscar gets out and heads for the door leading to the inside of the ship. "Alright, right into the lion's den." He goes through and comes into a big party room with a balcony of seats, a dance floor and a glass ceiling. Several more pirates patrol the room on high alert. He ducks behind a pillar under the balcony. "Damn it. Let's try to do this quickly."

"How dumb can these pirates be??" Emerald questions. "Didn't they hear all the gun fighting outside??

"And how exactly does he plan to sneak pass them." Ilia adds. "They may be dumb, but they're not blind."

Oscar sneaks up on the nearest pirate and knocks him out. He tries to do the same to another but he's spotted and another shootout happens. He fights his way through the room eliminating his enemies one by one. After clearing the dance floor, more pirates appear on the balcony and shoot down at him.

"Oh, lookie there, more pirates." Blake sarcastically says. "Yay."

Oscar takes cover behind a podium and shoots back. After the next wave of enemies are down, a few more break through the door from the outer deck. They kick the door open and shoot at Oscar as well. The treasure hunter also puts them down and moves out the door onto the deck.

"Alright, gotta get down to the hold and find Oz." He says He stealthily move down the deck and enters another part of the ship. He encounters some more pirates in the hallways and quickly subdues them. He soon reaches a big stairwell.

"Does he know where he's going?" Sun asks.

"I don't even know where he is exactly." Neptune shrugs.

Oscar goes down the stairs until he reaches a hallway that leads to a ledge in a wide area. He has reached the cargo hold at the bottom of the ship. Across the area, he spots a figure with a sack on its head tied to a chair wearing a red shirt and tan pants just like Ozpin does.

"There he is! There's Ozpin!" Ruby exclaims, happily.

Jaune smiles. "Looks like Oscar found him."

"There he is." Oscar states as he drops down from the ledge and runs up to the tied figure. "Oz. Oz." He approaches the figure and notices it doesn't seem to be moving.

"Why isn't he moving??" Neon asks, confused.

"Is he unconscious." Flynt wonders.

"Oz?" Oscar calls out, confused. He pulls the sack off and finds no one in the clothes on the chair.

"What the-?!" Ruby exclaims in shock.

Ren narrowed his eyes. "Pyrrha was right. It is a trap."

"He's not here..." Oscar whispers in realization. He then hears the sound of guns cocking behind him. "Oh, crap." He puts his hands up and turns around. Firestone stands on the ledge he came in with two men pointing their guns at him. The pirate captain looks at him with his arms crossed.

"Oscar! You have given me so much trouble. I promise you, we're gonna end it now."

"If you knew he was trouble, you should've ended him yourself." Adam suggested.

"You never had him, did you?" Oscar asks, angrily.

Firestone scoffs. "Of course not. I lied. Remember? I'm a pirate."

Oscar frowned at himself. "Of course he lied. I should've known."

Firestone turns to one of his men and says something in Arabic. A guy comes out from behind some cargo with a rope. He slowly approaches Oscar laughing evilly.

"That's right, buddy. Keep laughing." Oscar says as Firestone yells something again in Arabic.

Just as the pirate was close enough, Oscar grabs him and headbutts him. He then grabs a grenade from his belt and throws it.

"Oscar, what are you doing?!" Jaune yells in shock.

In one quick motion, Oscar pulls out his pistol and shoots Firestone. The pirate captain stumbles back, his two henchmen catching him and taking him away. The grenade that Oscar threw rolls under a generator and explodes. Oscar quickly gets behind some cargo as the generator blows up and creates a hole in the floor. Water starts leaking heavily. The ship lurches again as the gunmen take Firestone out of the hold. Oscar sees the massive amount of water flooding the place.

"Oh, that's not good."

Ruby sighs in exasperation. 'He's so reckless.'
