Chapter 20

Mai's P.O.V.

"...And so now here we are." I finished telling Winston everything. "That's a lot to take in." he told me. "Well I think you need to get some rest. You've been through a lot. Just go to sleep in our bed. We'll see you later." I kissed him on his cheek and Alanzo and I both left the room.

"How are we gone tell the pack about us having another mate?" Alanzo asked me. "I don't know but either way we tell them it should be fine."

"Tell what?" Melissa came out of nowhere and asked. We froze. "What are y'all hiding?" She asked.

"Uh nothing." I said. "Yes you are. What Mai's pregnant?" When she said that I froze again. Am I pregnant? Now that I think about it, we never used a condom. Oh lord! "We can't tell you until we tell the whole pack. Sorry sis." Alanzo said and pushed is out to the party again.

A lot of people have left but a lot of people are still here. We walked around talked to everyone and said goodbye to some. It is really time for everyone to go to bed but we have some rebels here. "Can I go to bed? I'm not gonna be able to stay up all night with all these people." I whispered in Alanzo's ear. "Yeah, go ahead. I'll be there in a second."

I walked up to the room and saw Winston sleep in the bed. He was directly in the middle. I went to change into some shorts and a tank top. I scooted Winston over and put myself in the middle. Before I went to sleep I mind linked Talia, "Talia, we are going to the doctor tomorrow but I'm telling everyone it's a girls day. So be ready by 9."

"Alright, you will explain all this tomorrow too. Goodnight." and she cut off the mind link.

Then I got comfortable in the bed and drifted off to sleep.

I woke up to warmth in front of me and behind me. I'm guessing Alanzo came and joined us last night. I scooted out of the bed trying not to wake anyone up and went to the restroom. I took a shower, shaved, brushed my teeth, did my hair, used the restroom, and washed my hands. I got out and the guys were still in bed. It was 8:50.

I left a note for Winston and Alanzo. Telling them about Talia and I "hanging out" today. I went downstairs and saw Talia watching some show in Italian. She looked so confused on what was going on. "They're talking about how could he have cheated on her." I told her. "You speak Italian?" She asked me. "Actually I've never even spoke Italian in my life. I guess it comes naturally."

"That's cool. Are you ready to go now?"

"Yep. Let's go." I went to the garage and borrowed the 1969 Mustang that they had. I drove to the doctors office. there were some werewolves in here so I mind linked one of the doctors and commanded her to take care of me when she's done with her patient.

Talia and I waited for about ten minutes and then a doctor came out for us. "Mai Rosado?" She called out. We got up and went to a little room. "So what are you here for today?"

"Well I needed to see if I was pregnant or not."

"That can be done in a spiffy. Just go pee in this cup and come right back."

I rolled my eyes. This is like the hardest thing to do because I don't know how to aim. Women's vaginas weren't meant to aim at a cup. I hurried up and peed in the cup and gave it to the doctor. "Okay just give me two minutes and I'll be right back." she said and left the room. Two minutes later she was back. "Okay, I have another doctor working on that and I'm gonna need you to lay back. I'm gonna do an ultrasound on you."

I laid back and the doctor put some gel on my stomach. It was cold and I shivered. "Sorry, it's cold. Most women have that same reaction." she got the little stick thing and rubbed the gel around with it. "Well it looks like....you are pregnant. Congratulations."

I froze. How am I suppose to tell Alanzo and Winston this? How am I suppose to save the werewolf species with a baby? "Luna, I'm sorry but you have to leave now. I have other patients to get to."

"No problem we have to go anyway." Talia said and dragged me out the room. I was completely lost of words.

"Mai, you're gonna have to tell Alanzo. He is your mate and you need to tell your mate everything."

"Of course I'm gonna tell him. I'm not a stupid bitch that would be too scared to tell him. I could kill him if he rejected the baby."

She laughed, "Of course you would say something like that."

We made it back to the pack house and I went upstairs to my mates. I looked in and saw them cuddling with each other. They still haven't waked up and it's like 9:30. I walked up to them and threw a pillow at their faces. They groaned and looked at me. "Why'd you do that?" Winston asked. "Well I have some news and you guys need to be up to hear it. Now go freshen up. I don't like talking to my mates when they're stinky." I scrunched my my nose and sat on the couch.

"Um I don't have any clothes." Winston said. "No problem, you can borrow mine." Alanzo told him. I felt like crying on that part. Who knew Alanzo could be a nice person?

I sat there and watched three episode of some soap opera in Italian. I really hate soap opera but I could find the remote so that's all I had. And why are the guys taking so long? I mind linked them, "What is taking you guys so long?"

"Well I needed to wash my hair so that takes and while." Winston said.

"I'm just sitting in the tub not wanting to get out."

"If you two don't get you asses out of there in five minutes, I will make you regret making me wait."

"Yes ma'am." they said quickly. Alanzo was the first out and the Winston was quickly behind him.

"Alright come sit down. You'll need to." They looked at me with confusion but still sat down. "Alright, so guys this might be a little crazy, and I don't know how you're gonna take it."

"We have another mate?! I don't think I can take another." Alanzo blurted out.

"No shut up idiot. Like I was saying, I want you guys full support in this, you too Winston. Even though we just met we are still mates."

"Just say it already." Alanzo said. I glared at him but I was stalling.

I sighed, "Fine."

I sat there for a minute, "Are you gonna tell us?" Winston asked.

"I'm pregnant."

OMG!! She's pregnant! Do you think the dark spirits will use this pregnancy against her? Will she be able to save the werewolves species with a child? Can she stop the war from happening while she's pregnant? Will I stop asking questions? We'll never know until next time. Don't forget to...
