Chapter 7

Alanzo's P.O.V.

"But they are trying to kill off all werewolves. How are we suppose to defeat them?" The Alpha of the Calm Oaks pack said.

"We will just have to strengthen our training. Have more training hours, more exercises, and less playing around." The Alpha of the Rafter pack said.

"We need some serious help. Maybe we could ask some other people. Like the fairies, the humans, th-" The Alpha of the Yellowstone pack got cut off.

"No! This is our own battle and we do not need to bring others into this. that would their race into danger also." The Alpha of the Redwood pack said.

I suddenly got a mind link from my father, "Hi son, how are you?"

"I'm fine father. Are things going good at the pack house?"

"Things are going well. We have some visitors and they say they need to meet you."

"Are they women?"

"Yeah, two women and a guy. One of the girls are mated to that guy."

"What do they want?"

"I'm not sure I can try to figure out for you if you want."

"Yeah that would be great."

"Alright see you later."

"Bye." I closed the connection and continued in with the meeting.

It was about three hours when the meeting ended. It was just all gibber gabber. We all agreed on upgrading our training to make everyone better than ready for the war.

I was walking outside through the garden. Then someone came up to me, "Hello Alanzo. Are you here for me?" Valerie asked.

"I told you that it was a mistake. I will never sleep with you again." I told her with a stern face.

She pushed herself on me, "Come on. We both know that, that was no mistake. Just come on and have some fun."

I pushed her off of me, "Stop or I will tear you to shreds." I used my alpha command and she whimpered away.

I kept walking then I got a mind link from my father. "Son I think you should come home now."

"I can't I still have some more meeting to go through. I don't know why but it's mandatory."

"Well this is more than mandatory. You won't be able to live without this."

"What do you mean?"

"All I have to say is I have another beautiful daughter-in-law."

"Wait...you've found my mate?"

"Yes and the crazy thing is that she came looking for you."

"I'll be on my way. I should be there in less than 5 minutes." I used my inhuman speed to get there. I was only a city away so it wasn't that far.

You know the superhero flash? Well I'm almost as fast as him. I'm like superman compared to him.

I finally got to the house in under a minute. "Where is my father?" I asked William.

"He is on the roof with Mai." Mai?

I ran to the roof and burst through the door. My dad was smiling and this pretty woman looked a little scared but then calmed down.

"Mate!" My wolf Zeus said.

I walked to the girl and kissed her. I didn't know her name, how she found me. or why did she come her. I didn't care. I was glad I had my mate.

She broke the kiss and looked at me. "I'm Mai. I'm a rogue. I have a lot of things to tell you but we don't have a lot of time right now." she said so fast that I could barely process what she said.

I hushed her, "It's okay. Let's talk about it in the morning. Let's go to bed." I grabbed her hand and I felt complete touching her. I guided her to my room so we could sleep.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

"To our room."

"Our room?"

I chuckled, "Yes, our room. I have been waiting so long for you to come and I don't feel like waiting anymore."

She smiled, "Seems a little desperate." She teased.

"I would like to call it love." I played with her also.

"How could you love someone you just met?"

"You can just have a natural pull to someone. That someone seems to be you."

"Well that's good because I'm having that same pull." She said back and bit her lip.

I had to control myself and try not to lunge myself on her. I smiled back and opened the door to my room.

She took off her shoes and stood at the corner awkwardly. I took off all of my clothes except for my underwear. Her eyes grew big and she looked away but I noticed a little tent of red in her cheeks.

I chuckled,"You know you can let loose with me. You don't have to be so...independent." She just nodded her head and still looked away.

I walked up to her,"Could you look at me?" She slowly turned her head towards me.

"I will never hurt you in any type of way. I will make sure you are safe at all times. Please, just sleep with me. Nothing will happen."

She finally relaxed and took some of her clothing off. She took one of my shirts and put it on. She looked sexy in my shirt. I had to really hold myself back now.

I laid in bed and waited for her to get in. When she got in I pulled her to me and went to sleep.

Mai's P.O.V.

I really wanted to jump on Alanzo and kiss him until we were both sore. I don't know why I suddenly became nervous. I don't become nervous.

I am a self spoken girl. I say why goes on in my mind. I don't keep things to myself but tonight it was something else. I couldn't say what was on my mind or I'll do something I'll regret. So many dirty thoughts were going through my head.

I wanted to go get something to drink but Alanzo's hold on me was too tight. I will never be able to get out of it. Of only I could move things without touching it.

Wait.

I am so stupid. Why didn't I think of that? I focused on Alanzo's arm and moved it off of me.

I slowly got up so I would wake him up. I went downstairs to the kitchen. No one was in there. I got me a cup of milk and sat down in a nearby chair.

"Can't sleep?" William said, scaring the shit out of me.

I held my hand to my chest, "Don't scare me like that...and yeah. I don't know what's wrong. I'm happy but then I'm scared. He doesn't know what's ahead of us now."

"Just talk to him about it. He is a monstrosity but for you...he will do anything for you. You are his mate. He loves you."

"But what if he doesn't like what comes with me."

"Then I'm sorry for misleading you to talk to him."

"Well I guess I'll try to go to sleep again. Goodnight William."

"Goodnight Mai."

I went back to My first room and slept there. I know Alanzo is going to kill me but I feel more comfortable doing this.

"Stop being stupid and go back to him." Athena commanded me.

"No. I don't want to sleep with him until I know that he will stay with me."

"He will stay, but he won't if you don't go back to him."

"Well I guess we will find out what happens in the morning then." Athena then whimpered and stopped talking.

Now it was time for me to see if I want to go through with this or do it alone.
