Chapter 21

Before I start this I have noticed that I haven't posted any pictures of the rest of the cast members and I'm totally gonna finish that starting with this chapter.

Also, there is this in person that has lifted my spirits. I was feeling down about this book but they brought me up. This person is ZionisLight She also has a pretty amazing book. It's probably better than mine. Go read it it's called "Reality?" I hope you guys like her book because I did.

Now back to the story.

Mai's P.O.V.

I looked at their expressions. Both of their eyes were wide. Their mouths agape. Not one sound could be heard from them. It was like they they stopped breathing. "Um, I would like some type of reaction besides that." I told them. They still stared at me. "Well I'm gonna go downstairs and you guys can come talk to me when you're ready." I begin walking out the room but then a blur went by me. I looked up and it was Alanzo guarding the door. "Don't go! We're just surprised that's all." I went to go sit back done but I was picked up before my butt could touch the seat. "We're having a baby! Oh my gosh! We're gonna have a family!" Alanzo yelled and spun me around. "Baby?!" I heard my mom say. I heard many footsteps coming to our door and if burst open. "What about a baby?" My mother asked with everyone behind her. "Mai, she's having our baby!" Alanzo told her. She started jumping and clapping, "Yay! I'm gonna have grand babies!" Everyone started congratulating us and told us to have a baby shower tomorrow for the pack. Alanzo quickly got our pack members to set it up.

I noticed that this whole time Winston hasn't said anything. "Winston, are you okay?"

"Yeah." he said in a dull tone.

"Tell me what's wrong or I make you."

He huffed, "I guess I'm just jealous that it's not my baby in you. I just want to have the enjoyment of being a father."

"But you are it's father. You may not have put in to it but you are my mate. And I promise you the next one will be from you." I winked and hugged him. "Thanks babe."

"No problem sugarplum." I joked with him. "Hey! How come I don't get a nickname?" Alanzo whined. I rolled my eyes, "What do you want your name to be?" I asked him. "How about the most sexiest man in the world?"

"That's too much and what about Winston? He might be sexier than you." Alanzo laughed, "He wish he was sexier than me. Nobody is sexier than me." he joked. "Yeah keep thinking that pretty boy."

"I like that! That's my new nickname. Pretty boy. I'm a man but pretty boy goes together more than pretty man." I laughed at his goofiness.

"Alright guys, we need to find out how we're gonna tell the pack about Winston. I say we just tell them tomorrow at the baby shower." I suggested.

"But what if they start questioning why I'm with you guys all day and not leaving the room?" Winston asked. "I guess we can tell them if they ask. There is no point in being afraid, we are the most powerful werewolves right now." Alanzo said. All goofiness gone.

"Yeah that's a good idea. And then my beautiful Winnie won't feel left out." I said with my baby voice and pinched Winston's cheeks. "And we're gonna stop that." He said pulling my hands from his face. "You don't like me touching you?" I asked him. "I do but not like that." He joked. "Ugh! Such a perv." I flipped my hair and walked away.

"I'm hungry." Alanzo said. "How about we go to the kitchen and see what they made for breakfast." I suggested. Alanzo ran out the room and Winston got up but impatiently waited for me to walk through the door. For some reason I felt a little heavier than I did earlier when walking. "Come on woman! I really want to get something to eat." Winston whined. "Hey, I'm friggin pregnant! Watch your tone!" I yelled at him and he shut his mouth. "Sorry Mai."

"No I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled at you. I'm such a mean person." I started crying. Winston came by me and comforted me. "Who knew someone like you could be so comforting?" I joked.

"Uh...Mai...you are having the most mood swings in life right now. You need to get that checked." Winston told me. I thought about it, aren't I suppose to have mood swings later on in the pregnancy?

I need to go talk to the moon goddess. "I'm gonna go talk to the moon goddess. Tell Alanzo that I'll meet up with y'all." I created distance between us and teleported to the moon goddess.

The fountain was still there but there wasn't as much water as there use to be. I took a drink of water and the moon goddess came. She look beautiful but she looked really tired. "Moon Goddess, what's going on here?"

"When the big war day gets closer, it affects me. I can't be around when it happens. I go into deep sleep and there will be no water for anyone to drink to wake me up."

"No."

"I'm sorry but that's how it goes. What are you here for anyways?" She asked changing the subject.

"Well I'm pregnant but I'm experiencing things earlier then expected," I looked down at my stomach, "and I'm already showing."

The moon goddess giggled, " When white werewolves are pregnant their babies tend to develop faster in the stomach. Since you are two weeks now, it'll probably be due in about two more." My jaw dropped. "I know, it's really fast. So you could be popping out babies like that." She winked.

My face crinkled, "Don't talk to me about that. It's like talking to your mom about sex. Disturbing." The moon goddess laughed.

"Well I hope to see you soon. You need to hurry up and prepare yourselves for battle. You need to learn your others powers and teach them to your mates. Irish you best of luck. Bye Mai." The moon goddess left. I teleported back to the dining room at the pack house.

"How's everything going?" Alanzo asked me with bacon stuffed in his mouth so it actually sounded like,"ouss errhing oin?" I don't know how I understood that.

"Well it turns out that I'm due in like two more weeks and we need to prepare our pack and all the others for battle. And us three need to train by ourselves."

"When should this happen?" Winston asked. "I kind of wanna wait till I have my baby. I don't wanna risk losing it."

"That sounds like a good idea." Alanzo said getting up from his chair and hugged me. Winston smiled and hugged me also. I felt like I was safe and secure in their arms.

"Thanks guys."

Alright next chapter is when things start to happen. It's gonna be three years later. I'll explain why in the next chapter. Until then don't forget to...
