Third Person's Point of View

Allison had started her day with a bright smile on her face. Maybe because she still can't get over with the fact that her uncle — the one she considered as her second father is actually and still is alive and kicking!

Allison walks down the stairs and into the kitchen right away with Amie in her arms. She put Amie on her high chair. The baby excitedly hit the table with her hands as she stares at her mum. Allison opened the cupboards and grabbed the bread. She put two breads in the toaster.

Instead of waiting for it to be toasted, she opens the refrigerator and took out the ham and cheese. She also took some lettuce and her favourite mayonnaise.

She opens the stove and places the pan on it. She then poured some oil. When the oil heated up, she one by one put the hams on the pan.

Amie giggled, causing Allison to turn her head to her. "What's that, sweetie?" She softly asked. Amie let out a sigh, then slaps her forehead dramatically. "Oh, my!" Allison laughed. "Don't tell me you're hungry, huh?" Amie giggled, causing Allison to just shook her head and continue on cooking and preparing their breakfast.

A knock on her door made her reluctantly ask herself who it may be. She smiled at Amie before she went to the door to see who it might be.

"I miss that stupid, wonderful man every day." Carol said, making Allison's curiousity alarm go off. "You know, I really didn't have much to offer this group," Allison scoffed unintentionally, making Carol and Deanna stop half way through.

"Oh, erm. My bad." She gestures to them to continue. "Don't mind me. Just go on."

"As what I've said, I didn't have anything to offer. So I think I just sort of became their den mother." Carol continued. Allison cursed at herself for doing her intrusive thoughts. "And they've been nice enough to protect me." Carol smiled.

Allison felt something was off with Carol, since the moment Allison saw her struggle with the strap of her gun. She thinks that there is more to Carol than meets the eye.

"Where do you think you'll fit in?" Deanna asks.

"Well, I'd like to be involved in the community. Do you have anything like a Junior League?" Carol says. Now, Allison really thinks that there is something with Carol that Deanna couldn't seem to notice. "I'm a real people person."

"Hey," Aaron greeted Allison with a huge smile.

Allison returned the smile. "Hey." She said. "What's up?"

"Nothing. Just checking in on you and Amie. But most especially you." He chuckles. "How's your head? Does it hurt?"

She shook her head. "Nope, not a tiny bit."

"Well. Luckily for you, that wine did nothing to you." Aaron laughed. "Eric still is sleeping."

"Oh, no." Allison laughed along with Aaron. "Looks like he finished the whole bottle, huh? But anyway, would you like to have a breakfast with Amie and I?"

"I would love to, of course." Aaron smiled. Allison opens the door wide and lead Aaron to the kitchen. Aaron immediately talked and carried Amie. "Oh, you sweet, cutie patootie." He whispers, kissing Amie's chubby cheeks.

Allison prepares the breakfast while Aaron plays with Amie. Allison couldn't help but smile. For sure, Aaron would be a great Dad. Eric and Aaron should've been the one to take care of Amie if only the baby didn't became that close with Allison that easily.

After preparing the breakfast, Allison placed them in front of Aaron and her seat. Because Amie is only a baby, she isn't allowed to eat solid foods until a few more months old. So she decided to mash some potatoes and prepare a milk for her daughter.
