A/N: So sorry about slow updates, Junior year has been hectic so far. Hope you enjoy!

It wasn't long until the trio found themselves in the abandoned building, spying on Meg who was doing some sort of seance.

Sam moved first, sliding the gate in front of him out of his way silently. He crawled forward stealthily, then got off his knees and hid behind some boxes, a gun raised.

Vinnie and Dean followed suit, first crawling and then running to hide behind a different stack of boxes with weapons raised.

"Guys. Hiding is a little childish, don't you think?" Meg said, suddenly.

Vinnie's stomach dropped, she looked at Dean.

"Well, that didn't work out like I'd planned." Dean muttered.

Meg slowly turned around, facing the way they were hiding. "Why don't you come out?"

Vinnie scrunched up her nose and mouthed, 'Fuck!'

With that, the trio emerged from their places, on edge and weapons still raised.

Meg began approaching them slowly, "Sam... I have to say, this puts a real crimp in our relationship."

"Yeah, tell me about it." Sam said curtly, looking at Meg with a stern expression.

"So, where's your little daeva friend?" Dean remarked.

"Around." Meg shrugged with a smirk, "And that shotgun's not gonna do much good."

"It ain't for the demon." Vinnie chimed in.

"So, who is it Meg? Who's coming? Who are you waiting for?" Sam asked, aggression dripping from his words.

Meg turned to gaze at Sam before replying, "You."

Suddenly, the shadow of a creature flew up the walls. And that's all they could see, a shadow.

It first got Sam, then Vinnie.

Vinnie was struck in the face, then slammed back against the cold cement wall by the shadow, she felt claws dig into her side and drag. And that's about all she felt before she lost consciousness. It was the daeva.

When Vinnie came to, she was tied up back to back with Dean. A sharp inhale slipped past her lips, followed by a groan. Blood was spilling out from the cuts on her left side.

"Vin... Are you okay?" Dean murmured.

"What do you think...?" She grumbled.

The two heard Sam stir and his eyes opened.

Dean turned his head to look at Sam, "Hey, Sam, don't take this the wrong way, but your girlfriend... is a bitch."

"Agreed." Vinnie replied.

"This, the whole thing, was a trap." Sam said, looking up at Meg. "Running into you at the bar, following you here, hearing what you had to say-- It was all a set-up wasn't it?"

Meg simply chuckled, a smug smile on her face.

"And that the victims were from Lawrence." Sam continued.

"It doesn't mean anything. It was just to draw you in, that's all." Meg said, grinning down at Sam.

"You killed those two people for nothing." Sam grumbled.

"Baby, I've killed a lot more for a lot less." She told him.

"You trapped us." Dean said with a smirk, "Good for you. It's miller time. Why don't you kill us already?"
