-Quick note: This whole story isn't going to 100% follow the main plot. If that wasn't clear by now.

So... Shinobu ended up drugging Sanemi. He did have it coming though. He ignored he a lot, so I cant blame her. I just wished I could have hugged him longer.

Tengen had found me eventually and complained a lot about me leaving him behind like that. He acted very dramatic and hurt, you would have thought I abandoned him and his child in the middle of a desert. After a while of tormenting me, he ended up leaving due to 'longing to see my wives.'

I ended up falling asleep on the ground next to a drugged Sanemi, who was sleeping peacefully yet again. Shinobu had said it would only last an hour, then his brain would sleep on it's own or whatever that means. I think she forgets not everyone knows everything about the body and medicine and stuff. She is a young Guinness though, so I cant blame her too much. 'Speaking of which, how old even is she?'

It was very easy to fall asleep that night, now knowing Sanemi was safe and alive, and he wouldn't be going anywhere any time soon.

"Y/n..." I heard Sanemis husky voice and a hand shaking me gently to wake up, as well as the warm sun hitting the side of my face. I slowly opened my eyes, and sat up on my side, looking at Sanemi who was already looking at me. He was laying down with some hair gently falling in front of his face, the sun illuminating parts of his hair. Just the sight of him like this made my heart melt, but I had to conceal it all. Some how.

"Good morning Nemi..." I rubbed one of my eyes and tried to look anywhere but him, as to not make my face turn to red from the sight in front of me.

"The bitch drugged me didn't she." I started laughing immediately upon hearing that. Sanemi groaned and shoved his face in his pillow, while I kept making fun of him.

"She warned you didn't she?? You even said it yourself, she's scary!!" I couldn't stop myself from laughing for some reason, I don't know what was wrong with me. It was just so funny seeing some small petite little girl take down a huge muscular man with one quick movement.

"Shut the hell up." I looked over at him and saw him glaring at me while the rest of his face was buried in his pillow, which just made me laugh harder. I don't know if I genuinely found it funny, or I was trying to hide my red face, but it worked then.

"Why don't you make me then?" I was able to control myself, sitting next to Sanemi who was still laying down, still giggling like a child.

"Oh? Is that a challenge?" He smiled darkly at me, and I instantly wanted to take back my words. But I didn't.

"Maybe. Can the poor injured Nemi do anything about it?" I tilted my head and pretended to genuinely not know, just to piss him off. Which worked of course.

Without missing a beat, he grabbed my hands and pinned them above my head while I laid on the ground. As much as I didn't want to, I felt my whole body heat up and a shiver go down my spine at his action. He probably didn't realize the effect he was having on me, because he continued to smirk and taunt me while I could barely even focus on what he was saying.

"Who so strong now huh?? Who pathetic now huh??" He was now on his knees right above me, still holding my wrists to the ground firmly while I tried desperately to look anywhere but his face. 'This cannot be happening no no no no no...'

It apparently hit him how... bizarre this position was after he got no words out of me. He went quiet and stopped taunting me, so I decided to glance at him to see if he was still alive, even though he was still holding my wrists firmly. I slowly looked up at him, my face probably still red, but he was already looking at me. He appeared to be in a trance as his eyes wandered down to my lips, then back up to my eyes again. I was feeling so many things at once I was worried my whole body would shut off, but before anything could actually happen, the door slid open and right there stood a horrified Kanao.
