Demons just kept just jumping out of the trees and brush, one after another, no sign of stopping.

Lots of variations too. Very interesting lookin things.

I just kinda stood there watching while Mitsuri and Sanemi slashed one after another, Mitsuri was looking like a flawless goddess. Obanai is lucky. Sometimes I look at her and wish I was gay.

I would've snuck away and tried to kill some on my own, but Sanemis words from earlier kept replaying in my head, 'Don't you dare try anything. If your ass gets abducted one more time, i'm killing you before Muzan has the chance.'

Lowkey, id like to see him try. He wouldn't dare. And couldn't anyways. I hope.

While I was spacing out, apparently the demons had decided they liked their necks and ran away. Mitsuri came up to me quickly,"Are you ok y/n??"

I stared at her for a second before responding, "I quite literally haven't moved at all." Realization washed over her face as she nodded quickly, her face looked like she was sayin 'I remember now!! I understand now!!'

"Good job on not getting killed." Sanemi had finished looking around, making sure there weren't going to be anymore sneak attacks. We both knew nothing was going to happen to me due to them being very low level demons, but he still had a small hint of relief in his expression.

"Thank you my brave warriors" I smiled at them, Sanemi rolling his eyes and turning away. Mitsuri smiled back at me and begin speaking about what to do next,

"Where were you two headed next? Could I tag along??" She looked very excited, and I was too. I would LOVE for her to come. But it would also mean less time with Sanemi...

"Of course you can come!! And were going to... actually wait where are we going" I looked over to Sanemi, who was facing the trees again skeptically, like something was about to pop out and eat him alive.

"Nemi?" I pulled on his haori, bringing him back to foucas. It was still night, but we both know he would 100% sense if a big boy was comin to snatch me up.

He glanced down at me, his eyes were softer then usual for some reason, "hm?" Oh great he didn't even hear me.

"I asked you two questions. Can I have answers?"

"...What were the questions again?"

I gave him a blank stare and turned back to Mitsuri, "You're coming with me and we're going home." Mitsuri gave me a thumbs up and called her... very special lookin crow.

I didn't even know how to describe the creature.

The crow landed on her shoulder and she began to speak to it, "Can you guide us home now please? Ill give you extra food on our way back" Her crow nodded back to her, which I didn't even know crows could do, and then started flying away in the direction of the corpse.

Then I remembered Sanemi again. I turned back around to face him, and he was once again scanning the perimeter for bad boys.

I stood beside him and flicked his shoulder, "You know were safe right?"
