"A few cuts and bruises but we're all okay." said Zade, reassuringly. "Now, we just have to figure out where my ex hid that stupid Helmet."
"She mentioned it to us." Frankie said as he put his unconscious uncle on the table. "The aswang lord is using it."
"Using it? What's this about the helmet? It's a Faerie object." said Jasper.
"Whatever the case, I received a message from my brother that aswangs tried to attack him after we talked, this means they will try to stop anyone from their plans. The helmet is used to navigate earth and has grueling telepathic abilities," said Dylan.
"Enrique would be unstoppable, Dylan claimed that if you are unsouled, you can travel through hell, Enrique possibly was using it to talk to a demon emperor," I said with a dark realization. "We need to find her before sundown."
Zade nodded. "Good, we're going to her house."
"You'll be equally enthusiastic about capturing here."
Zade shrugged. "I would have fun doing that."
"We need to protect my uncle!" Frankie suddenly pleaded. "He's the last blood sacrifice to activate the dark protection spell."
"The last one?" I echoed.
"Emily is murdering humans with the sight," Jasper said. "She already killed two. Tito is the last one."
"We have to find Emily fast. Jasper, Frankie you need to cast a protection spell in the shop. Dylan, if there's any aswang on sight keep them busy. Zade and I will go to Emily's house." I commanded.
"But hello? I have no powers." Jasper raised a hand.
"Li, you're a mandirigma. And we're in a magic shop." I reminded him. "You two look for something useful."
"Good idea, kuya." Jasper said in relief.
"Now that you mentioned it, Tito Jose just got a first edition of the protection spells and alchemy. NENITA'S COLLECTION OF MAGIC BARRIERS." said Frankie in a light tone."Maybe if we can find it, we can cast a durable spell." Jaspersaid with a hopeful smile.
"Everyone." I said, standing much more confident than I've ever been. "Get going"

The location of Emily's house was ironically located behind the Nueva Bonifacio's church where there was a three-way intersection that led to the shortcut to the High school, the town proper and the road that led to Anilao. I texted Trevor again that we should meet him there.
"You were indecisive, witcher." Trevor approached our car.
"Sorry about that, Trevor." I said. "We got sidetracked by that witch.""You okay, dude?" Trevor asked the moment he saw how distraught Zade was.
"I'm fine, manong." Zade said. "Trying to start my moving on stage."
"Wanna grab a beer?""Trevor! He's too young!" I glowered.
"What?" Trevor chuckled. "He's in a bad break up, you need to cheer him up, don't be such a drag.""I'm not being a..."I paused. "drag."
To Zade, he said. "You'll be fine, Zade-y. You will meet a nice girl someday. A girl who will match your wits and your hella skills!"They walked past me as Trevor tapped his shoulder. He looked back and winked at me. I rolled my eyes and followed them.
"So, have you seen Emily?" I asked Trevor."The bitch just magically appeared in her gate." Trevor tipped his head to the house, next to it was a small shawarma restaurant.
We strode to the gate where a big courtyard traced a path to the house.
A rustling noise made me stop on the sidewalk.
