DAN POV

When I woke up in the morning, it took me a second to remember where I was. I was bombarded by walls of posters. I smirked when I realised that they had all belonged to Phil and were a big part of his teenage years. Phil.

I turned to face him. I moved slowly in case he was asleep. I didn't want him to wake up because of me. When I moved, I became face to face with my sleeping boyfriend. He was so close that I could examine every inch of his resting face.

Phil really was perfect. I'm not just saying that because it's the way you're supposed to feel about the one you love, but because the words were true. His skin was incredibly pale, but thy just made his striking blue eyes even more vibrant. They were his best feature and his skin make them more noticeable.

His lips were open slightly. I remembered how soft they were against mine and the feeling I got in my stomach when I saw his adorable crooked grin. I then took note of his eyebrows. They were far too light to match his ebony hair, and revealed the natural hair colour he tried so hard to mask.

I loved that Phil was so pale and that he wore bright coloured clothes. He was the complete contrast to me. My eyes are brown, my skin is more tanned and I wear black clothes. You know what they say: Opposites attract.

PHIL POV

I woke up the next morning to see a pair of chocolate brown eyes watching me. "Why are you staring at me?" I asked
"Why not?" He replied with a cheeky grin.
"Because it's creepy."
"Shut up." He giggled. "We're having a Twilight moment."
"Wait does that make me Bella?"
"Yes. Yes it does."
"No way! I'm obviously Edward. I'm more manly than you!"
Dan laughed again. "Yeah, you're so manly you're covered in glitter."

He brought a hand to my face and brushed the hair out of my eyes. "I guess neither of us can really win this one." He whispered with a smile. I smirked back before getting up and dragging him down the stairs for breakfast.

As we descended down the stairs, I could hear my parents chatting. I couldn't tell what it was about, but as soon as we walked into the kitchen they became silent. I had watched many coming out videos on YouTube. They just tell you how they came out to family and friends, but they rarely tell the full story. You never know what to expect the next day or even an hour later.
Even if family members are supportive, there's still an awkwardness that exists. They have learned about a major part of your life that was hidden, and need to adjust to this information.
This being said, they awkward silence dissolved after a few seconds, and everything was back to normal. It was like nothing had happened.

* * *

The next morning, Dan and I were back in his darkly coloured bed, when we were awoken to the sound of both of our phones ringing at the same time. Our morning grogginess was combined with the confusion of both phones ringing simultaneously. I checked the name written on mine.
"It's Chris." I told Dan.
"It's Pj." He replied with a smile.
I shook my head, laughing and answered the phone. Seconds later, Dan did the same thing.

I left the room to talk to Chris, because I knew that I wouldn't be able to concentrate if I could hear Dan talking to Pj at the same time.
"Hey Chris." I spoke, trying to sound as awake as possible.
"Good morning sunshine!" He sang down the phone. (A/N: sorry not sorry) "Do you want to go out today? I need to pretend I have friends for once."
"Yeah, sure. Usual time and place?"
"Perfect. See you then, mate."

I hung up the phone and walked back into our bedroom. I told Dan what Chris had rang for, and he said that Pj had asked the same.

DAN POV

By twelve o'clock Phil and I were at the park. Okay, that's a lie. It was more like twenty-five to one.
We saw Pj standing looking down at his arm, pretending to look at a watch. Chris was standing next to his with his hands on his hips and shaking his head.
"What time do you call this, young men?!" Chris screamed jokingly, scaring the old woman beside us.
"What time did you call it when you rang both of us this morning?!" I shouted back while Phil apologised to the old woman.
"How do you know we rang at the exact same time unless you were sharing a bedroom?" Chris said with a smirk.
"Well.. Em.. I-I-" I started.
"The wall between our bedroom is really thin. We can hear everything." While interrupted, speaking quickly.
Chris didn't seem satisfied with the reply he was given. He smiled cheekily at us, while Pj just looked suspicious.

The day with Chris and Pj was great. As usual, it was filled with laughs, innuendos and a lot of physical contact. That was just from Chris. We didn't really do much, we went to the cinema then to Starbucks. It wasn't until it started to get dark that we decided to go back to my and Phil's flat. We told Chris and Pj that they could stay the night because it was so late.

PHIL POV

"Does anyone want some tea? I'm going to make some now." I asked. I got three yes's (A/N: ... Is that right? Idk) and asked Dan to help me carry them in. Whilst in the kitchen, I turned to him and whispered, "Will we tell them?"

A/N: this story should've just been called "Coming Out"

ALSO: I HAVE STARTED AN ORIGINAL STORY. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD READ IT! It's called Nyctophilia and we've worked really hard on it
