It had been not even 24 hours and I knew I'd been visited by all three Slytherins more than enough times to drive me a bit crazy. However, I reminded myself that they meant well, that they were, undoubtedly, worried about me. When I woke up again, I knew it was time to get up and get back into a normal (ish) routine again. After all, the threat of dark wizards and goblin-kind growing in power wasn't stopping anytime soon. And since I was the only one who seemed to be doing anything about it, I needed to get back to it. Just as I had finished changing into my clothes (a Victorian red wine red dress, laced stockings that rose to my mid thigh, and my Gryffindor school robe over top), Sebastian walked into the wing, not hiding the way his gaze traveled up and down my body. He shook his head slightly, I just chalked it up to him showing his concern and appreciation that I was, in fact, okay.

"Well, well, you seem to be doing better. You think you're able to go to classes today?" Sebastian said, his voice a bit deeper than I'd heard before, but I brushed it off as the fact that it was early in the morning. "Well enough to duel you and beat you...again," I smirked, brushing past his shoulder playfully, smirking widely as I faced him, walking backwards a bit, "Coming?" I asked, raising my eyebrow as I turned back around right at the top of the stairs. I heard a light scoff from behind me, followed by some hurried footsteps as Sebastian caught up with me, gripping my hand to place it in the crook of his elbow in order to lead us to Herbology class. I ignored the heat rising to my cheeks as we walked in a peaceful silence out into the Greenhouses.

First impression? A breath of fresh air...well...mixed with soil and the smell of various scents: allure, savory, stink, and yet somehow, it seemed to...fit? Maybe it was because it was a greenhouse and I know that they grow various different herbs, plants, and have many different methods to help them in the growing process too. Maybe it was because the magical world was becoming more home-like rather than elusive, mysterious...unforgiving even. After all, they say home is where the heart is and my heart resides with my brother, Sebastian, and Ominis, with Professor Fig and Natsai Onai, with Lucan too and I'm sure a few more. Sebastian said he'd meet me in there as I stopped by a huge tree that seemed to branch over the entire area. I cast 'Revelio' and found a paper that said: "Greenhouse Tree"

"The greenhouses were created around this giant weeping cherry tree. The roots are said to go all the way down into the dungeons, near the Slytherin common room and dorm. The branches seem to loop effortlessly throughout the glass roofs and other areas. It made sense why they chose this area to create the greenhouses and house the rooms for Herbology seeing as it's so connected to fertile soil and quality environment well suited for life."

When I walked into the classroom, there were two rows of potting tables, many plants and herbs growing in window-boxes that went the whole length of the room. Sebastian was seated at his table, I assumed, and he turned to look at me as I walked by but a piece of parchment piqued my curiosity. I did send him a small smile so he knew that I did notice him before I quickly grabbed the paper, my curiosity getting the better of me. It read:

  > Dear Professor Garlick,

"How very thoughtful of you. And to remember that strawberries are my favorite! They're as sweet as can be, it's no wonder Muggles love them so much. Everything you cultivate seems to be of such high quality - from Bitteroot to berries. I do hope that my darling niece can learn this skill whilst under your tutelage. Lenora so adores you. As do all of your students I'm sure."

Warm regards, always, Eleanor Everleigh

I quickly put the paper where it was on the desk as I heard some footsteps coming my way, Merlin I hope the teacher hadn't gotten here yet. My relief was wiped away a little at seeing that it was Leander, the red-headed wizard whose only ever got on my nerves. "Well, well, look who it is. The apparent "best duelist" and she was taken down my a singular Ashwinder. How...disappointing..." he taunted, trailing off at the end as he seemed to look down on me, and not just because he was just barely a bit taller than me. "What? Nothing clever to say now? Your voice was full of venom the last time I saw you, and yet here you are, a shell of yourself all because a 'little' spell took you out," he actually tsked, beginning to walk in circles around me in attempt at intimidation.
