"Wow, the Room provided a whole new section for sleep and dueling? That's actually pretty cool. It's basically like a flat, at least that's what muggles call them in London, and you didn't have to buy it so that's a plus. Deek think that this extra space will allow plenty additional space to not only practice spell-casting, but also to cultivate your plants, to brew an ample supply of potions, and even honing some other skills. Professor Weasley said that playing a musical instrument of some sort can really help decrease your stress; Deek would highly recommend a piano, the gentle soft music is a good option," Deek said as he came up behind me, and I merely smirked and said thank you. He walked away after that, leaving me to my own devices, when suddenly, Kasper flew through the glass ceiling with a letter clutched in her grey talons. She landed on my training dummy, chirping lightly as I approached her with some of the owl pellets I'd gotten for her in Hogsmeade. I took the letter as I extended my hand that held a couple pellets in it, her nibbling on them as I began to unfold the parchment.

"Come and see me as soon as you can. I've returned from a rather...unproductive trip to the Ministry. Hoping your time has been more fruitful than mine has."

- Professor Fig

Instead of walking the whole way and risking the potential of running into the Slytherin boys, I used the floo flame to deliver me to the outside of Professor Fig's classroom, just in case there was a conversation on-going like the last time I saw him. But, as I pushed through his office door, he seemed to be readily waiting for me, practically staring at the door. If I hadn't been as focused as I was, maybe I would question it, but he's also given me no reason to distrust him. "I was hoping to see you, I'm glad you got my letter," Professor Fig said as soon as he recognized that I'd come through the wooden door. "Hey Professor Fig, I'm glad you're back, " I said, smiling widely, happy to see him after quite some time. "Finally, " he sighed, "Minister Spavin talks more than he listens. Ranted on and on about rogue dragons. Wouldn't listen to a word about goblins. Speaking of which -" "Listen, Professor, so much happened while you were away. Nearly Headless Nick asked me to get some rotten roast beef from the kitchens -" "Rotten roast beef?" "Yes. I thought it was odd too, but then we took the roast beef to Sir Podmore of the Headless hunt, not a kind ghost by the way, and -" "You met the Headless Hunt? That must have been interesting to say the -"

"Yes, and then I had to find Richard Jackdaw's head in the pumpkins so that he'd tell me about how he died. Oh, also, I told Sebastian Sallow and Ominis Gaunt about my ancient magic -" "Who on earth is Richard Jackdaw? And you did what?! Why?!" "He was a student here long ago. Anyways, he told me about a secret cavern and I went there. Right next to Jackdaw's skeleton - I found the missing pages. Oh, and about Seb and Omi, I told them because I trust them to keep it a secret. Plus, they've both seen it in action by now, it only makes sense rather than them to break off our friendship simply because they figured out that I lied to them." We went back and forth, me trying to explain all that happened, and Professor Fig was just trying to dissect and understand my rambling in order to try and see what had happened during this part of our quest. "I did, I found the missing pages. And all because Jackdaw had followed that map that they contained. When I found them next to his skeleton, it made a lot more sense when I saw the map etched onto it, along with some interesting information along the sides of the map too.

I then found a location on the map, and of course, I followed it. Believe it or not, the map led to yet another room beneath Hogwarts, beneath the Slytherin dungeons as a matter of fact," I continued, but Fig's face stayed relatively the same and I couldn't help but feel relieved that he wasn't phased by all of this information, especially so about me telling Seb and Omi about my magic. As a matter of fact, he just smiled in an approving manner before simply saying: "Why am I not surprised...shall we?" "I was hoping you'd say that. Oh, and we'll need to bring the book," I stated simply, him not even hesitating a moment further as he grabbed it, gesturing for me to lead the way. We went out the door, heading towards the floo before our path was nearly intercepted by the three Slytherin boys, all wearing the same shocked expression. Clearly, they found out Fig had returned and knew that I would find my way back to him but, knowing that they didn't need to be a part of this at the moment, and the fact that I really didn't want to address what happened at the Undercroft right now, I merely grabbed Fig's hand and we disapparated to the outside of the Slytherin dungeons.
