*Hey guys. Sorry this chapter is probably going to be crappy. I've had a headache all day so I'm not thinking straight. But please enjoy and have a great day. :)*

Dinner was, at its best, interesting.

They found out way too late that Alfred had brought out soda, so now Leo was speeding through an explanation about why coconuts were mammals and Percy was backing him up with evidence.

Meanwhile Jason was bugging Nico about eating more. Eventually he just shoved his plate away and sat back, too tired to care.

"Seriously though," Hazel interrupted Jason's rant, "Nico, when was the last time you actually ate a full meal?"

He just shrugged, he hadn't really been hungry over the past couple days. He'd probably had a few snacks here or there, but nothing too much.

Hazel was about to talk, probably scolding him about how unhealthy that was, when Annabeth turned to them.

"Nico? You're starting school next week right?"

"Huh?" He thought he had more time than that, hopefully to convince Bruce that he didn't have to, maybe borrow an Aphrodite child and charmspeak him. "That soon?!"

Bruce nodded, "Speaking of, Alfred will be taking you shopping in the morning."

Nico groaned, the one thing that might have been worse than school for a ADHD demi-god, that was basically a disaster magnet, was shopping in a crowded store.

"Do I have too? Can't we just order stuff?"

"No, sorry but you also have to go to the tailor for your uniform."

Nico groaned, he heard Percy make some stupid joke about him being a rich kid now.

"Whatever," He mumbled, going back to playing with his food, he didn't want to seem ungrateful, but he really didn't want to go back to school.

Bruce seemed satisfied. They finished up dinner and the demi-gods that didn't live there headed back home, though Piper threatened to come back and buy him actual clothes if he just bought all black again.

He just groaned and got up to go to his room. That night he didn't have any nightmares, not with Bia curled up against him and the memory of his kiss with Will fresh.

It was the first calm night he'd gotten in a while.

The next morning Nico woke up to knocking on the door, he jumped up and went to open it.

On the other side was Alfred, who raised an eyebrow when he saw Nico's outfit. It was the same thing he wore every other day since he'd got there.

"It's time to go shopping." He said, "Please meet me by the car in ten minutes."

Nico nodded, and as soon as the door was closed and he heard Alfred's footsteps fade, he rushed to the bathroom.

As he looked in the mirror he realized how terrible he looked. He didn't remember the last time he'd washed his hair, and even if his clothes were clean they still looked like he was homeless.

He quickly wet his hair and combed through it, then changed into his other pair of clothes, black skinny jeans, a skull t'shirt, and his aviator jacket. He at least didn't want to look like a slob during his first real outing as a Wayne.

Once he thought he looked presentable enough, he shadow traveled out to the car, where Alfred was standing.

They both got in, and at the last moment before they were about to drive away, Dick ran out and jumped in.
