***(Ashley's POV) The longest five minutes of my life where finally over. I walked over to my seat where 2 positive pregnancy tests. I hesitated to call Shawn, we've known each other our whole life, but have only been dating for 9 months. I loved him, but I wasn't ready for a baby. *knock knock* "come in" I called wiping the tears off my face. In walked Shawn, "Why are you crying baby" he asked. Just hearing him say baby made me sick, " nothing" I replied praying he didn't notice the pregnancy tests I was holding behind my back. "What do you got behind there" he laughed as he grabbed the pregnancy tests from me. He took one look at them and I knew I would never forget. He was the happiest I've ever seen him. "How come you didn't tell me" he questioned, " I didn't think you would be-" he cut me off. "Be ready? I understand. Be we've known each other for 2 years, I'm so happy that I'll have a family with you soon". After he said that, I couldn't stop smiling. Considering Shawn was going to be 18 next month we decided to look for a house. "I have a couple hundred saved up," he said one night when we were looking at baby cribs, "but I think we might have to go ask your dad for some money." He said kind of nervous knowing after my parents' divorce, I decided never to talk to my dad again. "Fine, but it's only because I love you and the baby" I said over thinking my decision.
