Haerin was shocked. She didn't expect that DNA to be so effective—Hyunjin was running for his life a second before, now he was running after the hero, who did nothing buy try her best to save the day. The athlete writhed and pushed, he wanted to harm Spider-Kid. When the feline looked into his eyes, there was nothing but pure blackness in Hyunjin's eyes. It felt as if he was possessed and if we follow Haerin's theories—it would be faintly true—since his being was being overtaken—he was basically forced to bow down and act in a way that he was told to.What kind of a person would Haerin be if she fought back with an unconscious male, that just went missing, in front of the whole city? Much less in front of her friends and his family members? Of course, she didn't want to—even though she might have died from how fast Hyunjin was moving around and trying to cut her skin open. The feline, instead, had to hold back tears, when she realized the boy's humanism was slowly slipping away. His skin was becoming more and more grayish, with already pinkish veins adorning his wrists.
"HYUNJIN!," Came from his sister, who tried to charge at him, but got held back by Minji, who was trying to calm everyone down. The black haired girl had her mouth open, watching the scene with concern evident on her expression.
Spider-Kid had no choice, but to simply block his attacks and redirect the hit somewhere else—for instance, towards the vultures that were trying to attack both kids. Haerin's eye was twitching at this point, everything was so irritating and non-controlled, that she wanted to smash everyone's faces onto the ground.
Two attacks were directed at her, but the hero ducked, letting them both pass. However, another hit, that she couldn't calculate by her spider sense and she could dodge it just a little, flew right at her face—almost cutting the mask in half, but only a piece of it got torn—along with her skin, that started bleeding. Haerin jumped further back, starting to run so all of these villains would follow her, also with an idea to prevent them from harming anyone in the area.
However, when she turned back after crawling up on a wall, she saw Yunjin and Yeji dive into the crowd, running to Hyunjin. The hero's eyes widened, as the boy in question developed another artillery in his palm and took one step. He raised that exact equipment and was about to slash Yeji's neck, but Haerin was faster and held the sharp surface. However, that facet turned around and transformed into a ball of spikes, intruding the feline's palm and causing the flesh to bleed. Great.
"Hyunjin, what are you doing?!," Yunjin screamed, but someone grabbed her collar and dragged her aside, alerting the hero. Haerin grabbed the Hwang's arm and pulled him in the direction of the vulture that took the boy's cousin. "Mmmff!," The orange haired girl had tears in her eyes.
