Another baby? ||36

When Alice and I left the pantry, we heard Alicia shouting from upstairs.

"Mommy! Momi!"

Agad kaming umakyat ni Alice, dahil na rin siguro sa takot na may nangyaring masama sa anak namin.

When we both saw Alicia agad namin siyang tinanong.

"Baby, what happened?" Alice asked Alicia.

"Mommy!"

"Yes baby?"

"I had a dream po!"

"About saan baby?"

"About me having a little sister! In my dream, i took care of her. I brushed hee hair and kissed her."

I looked at Alice, then I held her hands. While Alicia is still talking about her dream.

"Mommy? Momi? Can i have a little sister? Can you guys make one for me?"

"Baby.. It's not like that, hindi ganun kadaling gumawa ng baby.." Sabi ko kay Alicia.

"Pero momi, i want one.." Alicia showed us her puppy eyes while pouting that she wants a sister.

"Okay baby, me and momi will try to make one for you ha?"

"Yehey!"

Alice smiled, kinurot niya ako. Gesturing that i need to smile din, i whispered "Ang sakit nun ah!".

TIME SKIP--

The three of us just had our dinner together. Nag order na lang kami sa mang inasal, after naming kumain ay nanood na lang kami sa tv.

"Momi.. I'm sleepyy.." Alicia said.

Binuhat ko na siya at inakyat sa kwarto niya, inilapag ko na siya sa kama niya at kinumutan. I kissed her forehead and then i gave her  her little teddy bear, the teddy bear that she calls "Allicen".

"Goodnight momi, goodnight Allicen. Momi, can you tell mommy that i greeted her goodnight?" Alicia said.

"Sure baby. Goodnight my babyy."

Pinatay ko na ang ilaw at lumabas sa kwarto ni Alicia. Bumalik ako sa sala kung nasa'n si Alice. I saw her looking at Alicia's baby pictures.

"Oh, baby?"

"Mhm?"

"What are you doing with Alicia's pictures?"

"I'm just admiring her beauty.."

"That's real."

"Mhm.."

We both scroll through the pictures and both got amazed because we realized na ang bilis ng panahon. Then Alice just randomly asked me about having another baby.

"Don't you think we should make another baby?"

"Well.. Alicia wants it, I want it too tho."

"Mhm?"

"What should we name her or him?"

"Allicen pag babae, Alliser kapag lalaki."

"Allicen? Isn't that Alicia's teddy bear's name?"

"Yeah.."

"Bakit ayon?"

"She always talks to the teddy bear, siguro maganda kapag nagkaroon ng taong malapit sakanya tapos kapangalan pa ng bestfriend niya.."

"Oo nga.."

Both of us cuddled up ourselves, asking each other if we really liked the names we had suggest. Umakyat na rin kami after, we lay down and snuggled up to each other and drifted off to sleep.
