Lola stretched out in the unfamiliar bed not feeling her gazillion pillows that she usually sleeps with. She reached over for the empty side of the bed grabbing the pillow that was left for Bruno. Fuck it. He's not coming to bed any time soon anyway...She thought falling asleep feeling a body next to her a few seconds later. "I thought you weren't going to come to bed." she said quietly half asleep.

":And not fall asleep with my girlfriend? Never." he said kissing her neck wrapping his arms around her. "Good night, Lo."

Hours later Lola moved her body feeling Bruno's back against hers. So much for spooning, huh? She thought reaching for her phone seeing it was 4 in the morning. But really it's like 8..."Go back to sleep Lola." she heard him groan throwing his arms toward her.

"How did you know I was awake?" she asked laying in his arms looking up at the ceiling trying to go back to sleep.

"You said 'But it's really like 8....' you were talking to yourself." he laughed.

"God damnit." she moaned rolling into his body even more. "Okay. I'll try to sleep."

"Just lay herrrreee." he sang to her quietly grabbing her tightly kissing her neck again.

"What do you want to do today?" Bruno asked sitting at the high counter top at he edge of his kitchen eating the breakfast he had made them.

"I don't know...." she thought out loud. "Let's just go do something outside. We can take Geroonimo...." she said holding her hand out for the dog petting him. "Dog park?"

"I guess we can....." he said not particularly amused by her response.

"Well what did you have planned?" she asked. "Just being in bed all day?" she giggled.

"Well, possibly. But maybe you naked swimming in my pool was an even better idea..." he said raising his eyebrow.

"Ugh. Bruno! Do you want me to get darker?" she asked him lifting up her tanned arms. "I hate looking dark in the summer."

"What are you even talking about, Delores?" he asked her. "And I'm from Hawaii being dark is kind of an all or nothing kind of thing." he smiled. "So,naked swimming in the middle of the day it is...." he said with a big smile standing up from his chair.

"Nooooo." she whined grabbing his plate and hers going into the kitchen. "You have to clean up...."

"Yeah. Yeah. Okay." he waved her off going to the couch flipping to the TV. "How about Game of thrones?"

"I haven't watched a single episode of that. How am I supposed to get into it when there's like 100 seasons?" she wondered washing the dishes through her conversation.

"We've got two weeks, baby." he turned around to watch her. "Come on. Two weeks means you can leave the dishes...."

"It's only one and and an extra day..." she said still doing the dishes.

"Oh. I thought you took off both weeks?" he asked.

"Naw. She wouldn't let me have the week before and the week after. So I have to leave on the 6th." she said to him.

"That's lame. Now we really do have to work on finishing this show..." he said standing up wrapping his arms around her from behind. "We can skip the sex scenes because ours are better." he said kissing her bare shoulder.

"And rape and incest and murder and all these horrible things." she moaned.

"Oh shut up!" he exaggerated picking her up throwing her on the couch. "The first episode is good."

"Finnneee." she laughed adjusting herself watching a dark scene of men traveling in the unknown. "What the hell is going on?"

"I don't know...it's been so long since I've seen this one...." he said to her. "Shhh. I don't know what happens."

"Okay." she said reaching for a pillow. A few seconds after getting settled she felt Bruno's hand touch her cheek.

"You're beautiful." he told her.

She turned her head to face him slightly smiling. "For some reason I don't think that we're going to make it through this first episode." she said leaning in to kiss him lightly.

"No, I don't think so." he said to her pushing her down on the couch laying on top of her kissing her deeply placing his hands on her cheeks cupping her face through their kisses.
