After Lola had fallen asleep Rosario walked into the room holding a cappuccino sipping on it lightly while Bruno sat and scrolled through his phone. "Did she fall asleep right away?" she asked him.

"Pretty soon after you left. We talked for a little but she's beat." he said running his fingers through his hair with a little bit of concern oh his face. "Has she talked to you at all about moving down to Los Angeles, Rosario?"

"A little." Rosario shrugged.

"As her mother, do you think that's too soon?" he asked her.

"I can't say, dear." she responded. "Every relationship is different. "

"Hmmm." Bruno rubbed his chin confused.

"I don't know how much she told you about her parents relationship...and leaving Argentina to move to the United States without knowing anyone but her father...." Rosario said.

"But every relationship...." he responded.

"I have to get the job, first, Bruno." Lola said quietly starting to wake up stretching. "How long was I asleep?"

"Maybe like 30 minutes." Bruno said looking at her with a soft smile.

"Can we just take it one day at a time?" she asked.

"Yes. One day at a time." he said reaching for her hand as a nurse walked in the room clearing her throat while the doctor walked in front of her/

"Well," the doctor started. "It looks like you're doing much better Ms. Malman." he said to her.

"Does that mean I get to go home?" Lola asked excitedly.

"Yes. I will start working on discharge papers shortly." he paused. "But I am going to recommend you stay with family or friends who can watch you for a day or two as you are still recovering. And no work for the whole week. You'll be pretty weak and tired for the next few days."

"You'll come home with us." Rosario said to her daughter.

"They can take care of me at home..." Lola whined as the doctor took some notes and stepped away from the conversation.

"But they are all working...." Rosario said. "And you'll need someone during the day.

"I can stay..." Bruno said to both of them. "I've taken care of my sisters before..."

"You promise to cal me if you need anything?" Rosario asked.

"Promise, mom." Lola smiled coughing a little. "Owww."

"Will the girls be okay with him over there?" Rosario questioned.

"I think they'll survive." Lola laughed cringing while feeling her IV start to poke her. The nurse stood at her side taking the needle out of her arm.

"Can I just lay on the couch with my phone and a glass of wi1ne?" Lola asked flopping on the majestic brown couch that anchored the expansive living area that Lola shared with her roommates.

"I mean...if that's what makes you happy..." Bruno said lifting her legs up sitting with her.

"No. You can't." Madi said walking out into the living room.

"Says who?" Lola asked taking a glass of white wine Bruno had poured her.

"Google." Madi answered handing Lola her phone taking the wine from her hand.

"Well that sucks. I guess I just get to sit on the couch. I guess I could write too...." she said standing up to go to get her tablet. As she walked out into the living room wearing a pair of yoga pants and a baggy t-shirt, she saw Bruno starting to stand up. "Where are you going?" she asked more inquisitively than accusatory.

"Umm....they need me at the studio, baby." he said to her with a sad face.

"You didn't even tell anyone you were here...." she answered with the same sad face. '

"I told someone..." he said shrugging his shoulders in dismay.

"Oh." she answered a bit disappointed. "I guess I have Madi here if I need anything."

"I knew I could count on you, Madi." Bruno smiled kissing Lola on the lips lightly then kissing Madi on the cheek as he started on his way out.

"Wait...." Lola stood up walking toward him. He stopped his trip to the doctor unsure of how she was going to react to what she was going to say to him. "You don't have a key to get in. I know you'll be out way later than any of us can stay up." she smiled pulling her keys out of her small designer cross body purse.

"Oh. Right." he responded with a slight laugh.

"Why do I feel like you're up to no good, Bruno?" she asked walking toward the door with him stepping outside with him.

"Maybe because I am?" he winked.

"What are you talking about?" she wondered.

"Maybe what we're working on is called 'Up to No Good.'" he said with a laugh.

"But it's not..." she said with the same sad face.

"Okay. I'm going to go to the studio and probably drink too much, smoke a lot and maybe write a little." he answered honestly.

"But I guess that's no different than what you would be doing at home, right?" she asked.

"It sounds accurate." he said wrapping his arms around her waist. "But I will be here all day tomorrow...and the next day and the next day...until you're better."

"Please be safe, tonight." he said kissing him the way he had earlier.

"So she's going to move to LA?" Rob, one of Bruno's friend's asked him later that evening.

"She wants to...like why not?" he asked.

"But what does she think the reason for her moving to LA is? Just because she wants to or because she wants to be closer to you?" Angela, Rob's girlfriend asked. "Or do you want her to move there for you? Or is it like she kind of wants to and you're just a perk? What if things get rough? Does she leave like right away or do you help her? I just don't know if you have really talked about it."

"Yeah. You need to talk about it before she moves. If she moves." Rob answered nodding his head in agreement.
