Cartman unfortunately dislocated his knee from the fall, and unfortunately also rumors were spread on how it happened, especially since Kyle was the only witness.

"Kyle pushed Cartman out the window."

"Cartman was suicidal because of Kyle and hopped out the window."

"Kyle and Cartman were fighting and Kyle broke Cartman's leg."

Of course when the school asked what happened, Cartman still needed a cover story besides admitting that he snuck in the locker room. So he just said he wanted to "get in some cardio". but the door was locked to the gym.

He was bedbound for the first few days, but was able to walk somewhat after a bit, with the help of a knee brace and crutches. He was also on heavy medication and painkillers.

"Eric, sweetie?" His mom asked him in the morning."Don't you think you should wear your crutches?"

"I'm fine, mom. I can walk fine and the meds help." He says, as Butters walks downstairs with Clyde.

"You boys please make sure to help Eric if his stuff is heavy when he goes back to school. You hear that, Clyde?" Clyde's father, Roger, asked, specifically talking to Clyde.

Clyde rolled his eyes. "Yes, Dad..."

Cartman's mother, Liane, put their breakfast plates on the table. "I served you boys breakfast. Also, Eric, your therapists have called. Have you not been going to any therapy sessions?"

"I quit therapy. I'm doing amazing. " He lies.

Well, not about the quitting therapy part, but about the doing amazing. Truth was, he couldn't be worse. He lost his virginity during a one night stand that meant nothing. He now has to keep secret that he slept with his friend's boyfriend. He had horrible body image issues and although he did lose weight, he gained some back after the breaking his leg from little motion. He did take medications for his mental health, but stopped for a bit because he didn't care anymore.

Clyde looked over at Cartman and noticed he barely ate before throwing the rest away.

"Woah, dude. You're not gonna eat?"

"I ate a bit, I don't need that much anyways, I'm fat." Cartman said, which left Clyde surprised. "I'm heading back to bed." he says, as he goes up the stairs.

"Something's off with him." Clyde says, as Butters nods. "I agree. Well, Kenny's coming over to hang out with him so maybe that'll cheer him up or maybe he'll know."

In his bedroom, Cartman forced himself to stand up. He knew he wasn't supposed to walk without the crutches, but he hated them. He wanted to force himself into going without them so he still can finish losing weight.

He looked at his pill bottle and groaned. "Shit, I'm out."

He was prescribed painkillers for his knee, hydrocodone to be exact. Didn't help that Cartman abuses a few diff types of drug every once in a while. He hadn't in a while, but he was easily able to get addicted without intention. When his mother was pregnant with him, she still abused drugs throughout part of the pregnancy before knowing she was pregnant. Even then, she considered it too late and didn't care as much about stopping.

He had gotten addicted to his painkillers.

He already asked his mom to get another refill and hope she would remember by today. All of a sudden, he heard something at his window on a ladder.

"Let me in!"

Cartman opened it and let Kenny in through the window.

"What the fuck? There's a door you know."
