Yaro sat on top of a tall sky scraper in the city.

I was knelt down holding my ring up to my face, watching the last message that Misu sent me, before she got taken.

I watched the message on repeat, my face emotionless. The cold rain dripped down my ears, hitting the back of my head. I tightened my grip and clenched my hand.

The tiny image of Misu was illuminated in a pink light, the projection appearing from my ring.
She looked scared in the video.

"Yaro, look I don't have much time to explain. But I need you to come to the Tokyo high school, we're under attack by the Kiba and the Kagé... They're after me. I'm sorry if anything happens to me... Take care of Bluebell. You have to keep fighting on, you have the last charm. I trust you'll know what to do with i-" She quickly tried to get her message out but it was cut off with her being attacked.

The video was full of static and cut out and disappeared. I re-wound it again, looking for something, anything. Or, to just see her face again. To fill myself up with grief and regret. I blamed myself...

Why couldn't I have just transformed before? I could have tried to stop them. They probably already know who we all are. Was it because I lost her in the hallway, because I went and found Fuyuko? Did I take too long arguing with Bluebell?

My eyes wavered, trying to find answers to my questions. To try and figure out how I felt about everything that happened. To find a conclusion. If I could have done something. If the whole thing was my fault.

I played the video again. I heard small footsteps approached from behind me. It was Fuyuko. I didn't turn my head or look over at all. I could hear the rain hitting the umbrella she was holding. It was a freezing cold rain. I could see my breath fog up in front of me. It was almost cold enough to start snowing.

"Kurayami, we should get going. You're going to catch a cold if you stay out here any longer..." Fuyuko called out.

I ignored her. Trying to block the world out around me, to listen to Akari's last words.

Fuyuko glanced over at Bluebell, concerned. Bluebell was floating beside her underneath the umbrella as well.

"Come on Kurayami, why did you have to come all the way on top of the tallest building in Tokyo? We have to do something, think of a plan. Anything to get them back." Bluebell called out.

I turned the ring off, pausing.

"Yeah, we can go somewhere warm and dry. We can try and think of what to do next." Fuyuko called out.

I quickly stood up and turned around.

"What do you think I'm doing!? That is what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to think of where they took her. But it's a dead end, her scent lead up to here. But theres nothing left! No trails, nothing! It's gone!" I yelled out.

Fuyuko looked at me with pity. Bluebell looked worried.

"I know Kurayami. We're all trying, but you can't be rash. Don't take it out on yourself so much. I know we'll find them, we just have to think about it rationally." She told me calmly.

I unclenched my hands, I looked down.

"I know... I just want to find her as fast as possible. Who knows what they could be doing to her." I said quietly.

"To them..." Fuyuko told me.

Right, they took Kaede as well.

I held my hand up to cover my eye.
