It had only been a few years since the birth of their triplets, and now, Y/N found herself standing in the same hospital, staring at the screen in disbelief.

"Twins?" she whispered, her voice barely audible. She turned to the doctor, her hand resting on her growing belly. "How can this be... twin boys again?"

The doctor chuckled warmly. "Looks like the Hoshina family has a gift for producing strong boys."

Y/N's eyes widened, and she rubbed her temples. "I don't believe this. Another set of boys... I already have three at home. Three!" She paused, then added with a soft laugh, "Not that I don't love them all. I do... but five boys?"

As she left the hospital, her mind was still spinning with the news. On the way home, she decided to stop by her father-in-law's house, where he and Soshiro Hoshina were sparring with their older boys. Y/N had barely stepped through the door when her father-in-law, who had an uncanny way of sensing things, raised an eyebrow.

"Well, well, my dear daughter-in-law, you look like you've got some big news," he said, putting down his practice sword and wiping his brow. His face lit up with a grin. "Is it another boy?"

Y/N groaned, throwing her hands up in the air. "Not just one, but two. Twins! Again!"

Her father-in-law let out a booming laugh. "Twins, you say? Well, it seems the Hoshina blood is strong indeed! I couldn't be prouder."

Before Y/N could say another word, Soshiro appeared, having overheard part of the conversation. He rushed over, his eyes filled with both excitement and concern. "Y/N, are you okay? Is everything alright?" His hands gently cradled her face, searching her expression.

Y/N looked up at him, her lips twitching into a small smile. "I'm fine. But... Soshiro, we're going to have twins. Two more boys."

Soshiro blinked, processing her words, then broke into a wide grin. "Twins? Boys? Again?" He laughed, pulling her into a tight hug. "That's incredible! We're going to have a full team at this rate."

Y/N groaned softly against his chest. "I don't know how I keep ending up with boys. What if I wanted a girl this time?"

Soshiro leaned back, brushing a strand of hair from her face. "You've always been surrounded by men who adore you. It's only fitting our sons would feel the same way," he teased, kissing her forehead.

Y/N sighed dramatically, though she couldn't hide the smile tugging at her lips. "I suppose I'm destined to be the queen of the house filled with boys."

Her father-in-law clapped his hands together, his eyes twinkling with pride. "You're more than a queen, Y/N. You're the backbone of this family, and we're all so proud of you. No one could have imagined a better daughter-in-law, and I love you like my own daughter."

His words brought a warmth to Y/N's chest, and she felt tears prick her eyes. "Thank you," she whispered, her voice thick with emotion. "I'm so lucky to have all of you."

Soshiro smiled down at her, his gaze softening. "No, Y/N. We're the lucky ones."

As the months passed and Y/N's belly grew, so did the anticipation in the Hoshina household. The older boys were excited to meet their new baby brothers, constantly asking their mother if they could help or feel the babies kick. Soshiro was a doting husband, never letting her lift a finger and ensuring she was comfortable at all times.

"I feel like I've turned into glass," Y/N joked one evening as Soshiro helped her sit down at the dinner table. "You and your father barely let me breathe without assistance."

Soshiro laughed, sitting beside her. "That's because we don't want anything to happen to you. You're carrying our sons, Y/N. Again!" He placed a hand on her belly, feeling one of the twins kick. "Besides, with this many boys in the house, you deserve all the help you can get."

Y/N chuckled, but before she could respond, their oldest, Riku, rushed over with his wooden sword. "Mama! Look what Grandpa taught me! I can do the monster move now!" he said, swinging the sword dramatically.

Haru and Ren followed suit, demonstrating their own "monster" attacks, each more exaggerated than the last.

Y/N couldn't help but laugh as she watched them. "You're all going to be strong just like your papa and grandpa, huh?"

"We're gonna protect you, Mama!" Haru declared, puffing out his chest proudly.

Ren, ever the quieter one, simply nodded, adding, "And the babies too."

Soshiro grinned, pulling Y/N closer. "Looks like you've got your own personal army, my love."

Y/N sighed contentedly, resting her head on his shoulder. "I do. And I love every single one of them, even if they drive me a little crazy sometimes."

When the day of the delivery finally arrived, the house was buzzing with excitement. Y/N was calm but tired, and Soshiro never left her side. Her father-in-law and the boys stayed at home, waiting anxiously for news.

The delivery was long, and though it wasn't easy, Y/N delivered two healthy baby boys. Soshiro was by her side the entire time, holding her hand and whispering encouraging words.

"You're amazing," he told her softly, brushing a kiss against her damp forehead. "You did it, Y/N. Our family just got a little bigger."

Tears welled up in Y/N's eyes as she looked down at the two tiny babies in her arms. "They're perfect," she whispered, her voice filled with awe.

Soshiro smiled, his heart full as he looked at their newborn sons. "We're the luckiest parents in the world."

Y/N let out a soft laugh, still in disbelief. "Five boys, Soshiro. I don't know how we're going to manage."

"We'll manage because we're a team," Soshiro said confidently, his eyes gleaming with love and pride. "And because our boys are going to grow up knowing how to take care of each other—and you."

Years passed, and the Hoshina household was never quiet. It was filled with the laughter and shouts of five boys, all of whom had grown up to be gentle and loving, especially toward their mother. Soshiro led them perfectly, teaching them everything from swordsmanship to the importance of caring for their family.

One evening, Y/N returned home from work, exhausted but content. She found Soshiro and the boys in the living room, playing a rowdy game of pretend battle. Swords clashed (all pretend, of course), and monster roars echoed through the house.

As soon as the boys spotted her, they dropped their swords and ran toward her, shouting "Mama!" in unison. They all crowded around her, hugging her legs and pulling her into the chaos.

Y/N laughed, her heart swelling with love as she bent down to kiss each of their foreheads. "How are my little warriors today?"

"They're all fighting monsters, of course," Soshiro said, walking over to her with a grin. He wrapped an arm around her waist and kissed her cheek. "But I still think they love you more than me."

Y/N chuckled, leaning into him. "Well, I can't help it if I'm their favorite," she teased.

Soshiro smirked, pulling her closer. "Not fair," he whispered, his voice low and teasing. "You're always going to be the most loved person in this house."

"Are you jealous?" Y/N teased, poking his side.

Soshiro laughed softly, kissing the top of her head. "A little, maybe. But then again, I fell in love with you first, so I win."

Y/N's heart fluttered at his words, and she looked up at him with a soft smile. "I love you too, Soshiro. More than anything."

As they stood there, surrounded by their boisterous sons, Y/N couldn't help but feel like the luckiest woman in the world. Their home was full of love, chaos, and laughter, and she knew that no matter how many boys she had or how loud their household became, she wouldn't trade any of it for the world.

The Hoshina family was her everything, and as Soshiro pulled her into a gentle kiss, Y/N knew that their love—and their chaos—was forever.
