Superboy threw another punch. Amber dodged it and flipped backwards. Landing on her feet, she readied herself for another attack.

He came at her again. Amber caught his arm and twisted it, sending the other tumbling towards the ground. Kon tried to tick out her feet, but Amber steadied herself and pushed him into the mat digging her knee into his back.

When he grimaced, Amber let go and stood. "Sorry. Did I hurt you?"

He breathed heavily rolling into a sitting position. "I'm fine. Just not used to fighting someone who can match me in terms of strength." Kon's eyes were wide as he stared at the floor.

"Which is exactly why, it's great that we're getting in some practice," Red Robin said offering a hand to help Kon up.

They were at the Titan's tower, sparring in one of the training rooms. Amber had been paired up with Kon at the others' eagerness to see them fight after they'd warmed up.

"I don't get it. I have superspeed. You shouldn't be able to have seen that last punch coming."

Amber shrugged. "Guess superspeed doesn't beat spider senses?"

Kon shook his head as he stood. "Guess not. Let's go again."

Neither were so quick to make the first move at the start of their next round. Kon edged around the mat while Amber mirrored him looking for an opening. She lunged forward first, aiming high.

Kon caught her and tackled her to the ground. They landed with a thump that shook the floor around them.

She rolled to her left as her spider sense kicked in. Kon's fist grazed her cheek landing in the spot where her head was a second before.

Amber pushed him off her and tried webbing his feet to the ground as she took to the other side of the mat. He was quick to use his laser vision to cut through the webbing, rendering it useless. As he fixed his sights on Amber his eyes continued to glow red.

She wasted no more time and ran straight for him. Amber flipped over his shoulders. Using her stickiness, Amber grabbed onto Superboy and pulled him with her knocking him onto the mat right at the feet of Garth and Raven.

The pair stepped back as the room shook. Some stacked weights in the corner fell down as well as Red Robin's bow staff propped against the wall nearby.

"I haven't seen anyone knock you off your feet in a while Superboy," Cassie teased from the other side of the training area where she began to pick up some of the fallen items.

"Are you sure that suit isn't made of Kryptonite?" Kon joked from where he lay on the ground.

It got a laugh out of everyone in the room, until Red Robin spoke up. "Is that blood? Are you bleeding?" He quickly ran over to Kon to inspect his hip where red liquid was pouring out.

Kon squinted, confused before realizing what Red Robin was fussing over. He stuck a hand into his pocket and pulled out a shattered bottle of red nail polish that matched the color on his fingernails.

"My bad, I forgot that was in there."

Red Robin took a large breath. "Way to scare a guy Kon. I knew Spider-Woman was strong, but I didn't think she could make a supe bleed."

Kon laughed. "No, no blood, but it might leave a bruise. I'd like to see what kind of damage she could do to Superman."

Amber tossed Kon a towel apologizing for any injuries she might have caused. In truth she'd been holding back, trying to stay on the defense most of the time. She didn't think it was something they needed to know though.
