Ross got up first and headed to the living room after convincing me for 10 minutes it was time to get up, I really didn't want to. I could have laid there for the rest of my life, but I had to get up at some point. I assured him we could just lay there, but it didn't work. Truth was I didn't want to let go of him ever.
When he left the room, I laid there flat on my back for a few minutes. I did love him. This was stronger than anything I ever felt before. He completed me, and the only times I have truly been happy is when he was around. I knew at some point we would be apart again, but I didn't want to think about that right now. I was in my happy place.
Although only apart for a free minute, I was starting to miss him, so I got up. I was sure my hair was a mess, so I headed to the bathroom first. I tried to control myself before leaving the bathroom, but it would do no good. It would all be wasted when I went into the living room and saw him again, so I have up.
As I walked down the hallway, nobody noticed me. I went into the kitchen and looked through the cabinets for a glass. I was parched, I hadn't had anything to drink for over 12 hours. Riker came into the kitchen. "You hungry?" He asked in a relieved voice. Maybe Ross was right. He seemed glad he didn't have to be quiet anymore.
"A little." Just than my stomach objected. "Okay, maybe a lot." I laughed. He smiled, and started naming off stuff. I just told him to surprise me.
"Ross wants a bagel and eggs, is that okay?"
I half nodded. "But just a bagel, I can't eat eggs." He looked surprised at me. I had to explain. "They make me sick if i eat them." He nodded and started working.
I found Ross in the living room watching television with Ellington and Rydel. I say down next to him and he put his arm around my shoulders, smiled and kissed me on the forehead. I could deal with it now, now that it wasn't the only kisses I was getting. I smiled and laid my head on his shoulder. The three of them went back to talking. Sounded like they were planning their day, so I just watched television. They would stop taking every so often to look at the television too, he would kiss me on the top of the head when ever he would.
I decided not to keep up with what they were saying. I wasn't going to intrude on their plans unless I got asked to join, so I just waited to be invited to what ever they were doing. The day was already half way over, so I knew they couldn't plan much.
Just than Rocky came in the room and interrupted their conversation and my focus to the show, which I wasn't totally sure exactly what it was. He was talking about this song he just put together, and how he wanted everyone to go listen to it.
"You can come if you want to." Rocky said to me. "I don't see why you couldn't."
"No thank you. I may actually go get a coffee." I needed one. I was cranky without it, although I wasn't sure it was even possible around these guys.
Ross got up and walked to the front door and grabbed a set of keys off of the key hooks. "You may need a car." It was than I remembered that I didn't have my car, that Rydel had picked me up. "You know which is mine? It was dark when you saw it."
I looked at the key ring, and saw the remote and held it up between two fingers, "I'll figure it out." He laughed. "Thanks. You want anything?"
"Yeah. Mocha please." He smiles, and gives me a soft kiss on the lips, not the forehead this time. I smiled when I saw his smile. "And stop and tell your dad where your at so he doesn't call the police thinking I kidnapped you and ran away." Than we both laugh together.
"Okay, I will bring that back to you. And make sure you don't get a criminal record. But it's gonna cost you." I grin. He leans in with both hands on either side of my fave and gives me another kiss. "That's for the coffee."
He leans in again and gives me a more passionate kiss. "And that's for making sure I don't go to jail." He smiles as he pulls away. I give a thinking face, he grins and kisses the tip of my nose. "The rest will be paid when my record stays clear."
I smile in saying I didn't agree, but I was okay with it. "I'll be back." I lean in to kiss him this time. He looks pleased that I actually did it. "Tell Riker that I'll be back." I gave him one more kiss, and walked out the door.
I walked out to the driveway, and pressed the button on the remote until a sleek black cars headlights lit up. Yeah, this car was gonna scare me. If I wrecked it, I would get killed. I hoped in the driver's seat, and started the engine. I couldn't even hardly hear it running, I was used to my tractor motor of a car.
I decided to go see dad first. When I pulled in the driveway, I was expecting a ripping when I saw him on the porch, but I got the opposite. "Hi honey. Did you guys have fun last night?"
I knew I couldn't tell him what really happened, or more didn't want to. Although I was 22 years old, I was his only little girl dating his celebrity client. So I named everything that could happened that he would approve of.
"Yeah, we just watched television, while the guys played video games. Ross was working on a song until late, and me and Rydel looked through pictures and family movies. We had a lot of fun." He seemed pleased.
"I'm glad you had fun. I hate to see you sit at the house all the time while I work long hours." He paused for a moment and struggled for words, "which reminds me, I have to go out of town for a few days. Rydel said she would love for you to keep her company for a few days."
I was confused. Why wasn't I told this. I played like I knew though. "Yeah, we are planning it out when I get back. I had to go get a coffee and change my clothes. Didn't know I was staying last night until I feel asleep on the couch." I didn't mention the part about that it was in Ross' arms.
He looked lost for words, but he got himself together. He got a serious look on his face. "Be careful. I don't want him to hurt you. You're all I have to look after in this world, and I know how people can hurt people."
I felt bad for him. I was all he had. Went to sit next to him on the swing and wrapped both arms around him. "I know dad. Ross is really sweet, I promise. And I'll always be your little girl, I promise." I have him a kiss on the cheek and me smiled at me.
"I know, that's why I'm okay with you staying there. Just be careful, okay?" I nod at him and smile back. He play punches me on the knee, now you better go get your clothes if you are staying there for a few days. I'll have my phone on me, so call me if you need me."
I smile on agreement and head in the house and upstairs. I grab my bag I normally use to travel with dad, and pack a few days worth of clothes. Go into the bathroom and grab my bathroom bag, and put it into the suitcase.
After changing my clothes, I head down stairs and out the front door. I tell dad I love him and to travel safe, put my bag into the back seat and pull out the driveway.
I lived pretty close to Starbucks, so it wasn't long until I was back at his house. It took me a minute to remember where it was, but I finally found it.
