Chapter 14 Double Date

Rydel picks out a dress from her closet that's a shy blue, complimenting how it brings out my eyes, and does all my makeup. For not needing to do much, it takes a long time. She tells me that she is making me perfect.

Ross tried to come in a few times, but Rydel runs him off a few times. Pretty soon he comes in and tells us that we have to leave in ten minutes, and that I looked good. Rydel just wasn't finished with me yet. I let her finish, she was having fun, and I trusted her.

Finally she leans back and turns her head to the right and gets a thinking face. "Something is missing." She turns her head the other way. "Hmm!"

What could she possible still have to do? Than she smiles and runs into the closet and comes out with a pair of black high heal boots, a pair of tall socks and a pair of dark blue earrings. She puts them all on my, insisting that she was gonna finish me. Than goes to her closet and comes out with a dark blue hand bag.

"Okay, I'm done. You're gorgeous. Let's see if Ross likes it." She grabs my hand and jumps until we reach her door, than shows me myself in the huge mirror.

I had to admit, I looked what I saw. "Okay, a deal is a deal. I forgive you." She jumps up and down and gives me a light peck on the cheek. Than grabs my hand again and drags me out to the living room. Time for the ultimate test.

Ross and Riker are dressed in semi casual clothing. I'm so overdressed. But I loved what Rydel did to me. Ross had his back turned to me, Riker facing him. When Riker sees me, he opens his mouth but can't speak. He just taps Ross on the shoulder and points at me and Rydel.

Ross turns around and gives me a very lovely smile and starts to walk over. "Did I do good?" Rydel asked.

Ross takes the last step toward me, putting both hands on my hips and pulling me away from her. "Yes. She is beautiful." He leans his forehead on mine and smiles the biggest smile yet.

She leans in and whispers in my ear. "I'm forgiven, right?" I just laugh not taking my eyes off of Ross, and nod slightly. He gave me a soft kiss, than smiled again.

"Okay your two, my date of waiting. Let's go." Riker is at the door, let's in hand and waiting for us. Rydel hands me the handbag and grabs my phone off the countertop and puts it in, while Ross holds out his arm. I wrap mine around his and follow him out the door.

When we get to Riker's car, he opens the back door and helps me in. He goes around the other side. Riker looks back at me from the driver's seat, "you look great. You should let Rydel do you up more." I smile at him. He was so sweet. I nod, guess I should let her.

When Ross gets in, I slide toward him and lay my head on his shoulder. "You're right, life is perfect." Than he gives me a kiss.

When we get to Kayleigh's, Riker gets out to get her. I lean over toward Ross and give him a kiss. He puts his free hand on my waist, and kisses me back passionately. My heart stopped breathing when he started kissing more forcefully. I had to stop it this time. Although I hated to. Didn't think this was the place out time for it to go as far as it almost did. That would have to wait. He moaned a deep moan, not like this morning.

It was more of a moan that he was truly enjoying it. My heart started pounding. It wasn't until I heard the passenger door open that I remembered we weren't alone. Kayleigh got it as beautiful as me, but she did it by herself.

We went to dinner first, a very nice dinner. I hadn't eaten that good ever. I think all of us are looking forward to the movie though. So we all hurried and ate.

When we got to the theatre, Riker picked out seats in the back obviously. We had some time before the movie started, but Ross and Riker didn't want to be in the lobby but as little time as possible. Me and Kayleigh went to get popcorn and drinks while the guys waited in the theatre for us. I told her about my weekend that I was gonna spend with them, and she got jealous. I reminded her out want Ross' idea, that Rydel say me up.

We only had to wait a few minutes for the movie to start when we got back to our seats, so we made small talk, and Kayleigh put herself right in. She was no longer shy around him I could see.

We all got quiet when the movie started. I didn't pay attention to Riker and Kayleigh, although I was curious. Ross put his arm around my shoulders and I leaned toward him. My heart began to race. Although I had missed him before, this was our first date.

It didn't take long before he gave me a kiss on the dark theatre. I caught nothing from the movie. When his lips weren't on mine, we were silently speaking to each other. The entire half of the movie was more kissing though, and every so often I could hear Kayleigh giggle. She must be having a good time too.

When the movie ended and the lights came on, Riker went into his mode waiting for the crowd to clear. Ross was cool, laid back with his arm still around me. He hasn't moved it the whole time. I was glad though.

When the crowd cleared, we started to get up and head out. I noticed that Riker and Kayleigh were holding hands when they came out of the row. She smiled at me, pleased. I silently laughed at her.

We got past everybody and to the car. Ross helped me in while Riker opened the door for Kayleigh. Before the guys could get it, Kayleigh turned back to me, "that...was...AMAZING!" I laughed, and the guys were getting in. I scored l scooted close to Ross like before, and felt like I was in heaven.

After Kayleigh was stopped off, Riker started talking about her. Part of me wished he would shut up. But I would be able to spend time with Ross again tonight.

He was falling for her. I was glad when we got back to their house. Riker could tell Rocky or Ellington all about it. When we went in Rydel took me away from Ross. "But...but..."

"Oh hush it. You got all night with him." She cleaned me up and have me a pair of pajamas when I confessed I forgot mine at home. She made me give her every detail, not that I did.

When she was finally done, I found Ross in the living room. He looked tired, so I laid next to him, laying my head on his lap. There is no way I was gonna want to go home when this weekend was over.
