I brung all of my attention to Miracle as she attempted to speak with a mouth full of bacon and eggs.
"And don't forgot to get me S-Strawberry Ice cream later on when you leave class." she spat out, quite literally.
"Okay, baby, stop talking with your mouth full." I said chuckling softly.
"Wait you buying her snacks and didn't tell me?" Tinka asked with a pout on her face, she sat there building a sandwich with all her breakfast food.
"I'll grab you something too. What do you want?"
Tinka's eyes lit up as she finished stacking her breakfast sandwich. "Ooo, surprise me! Just nothing too sweet, please."
"Okay, love." I said, smiling at her excitement.
Miracle let out a playful whine, wiping at her chin where some of the food was. "I want a surprise too!"
I raised an eyebrow at her, amused. "You're the one who specifically asked for strawberry ice cream."
"Yeah, but what if I want something else too?" she grinned, guiding her hand up my legs. My breath quickened, cause me quickly move her hand to the side.
"Greedy," Tinka teased, nudging Miracle with her elbow.
I guess she didn't catch on.
"Look who's talking," Miracle shot back, eyeing the massive breakfast sandwich in Tinka's hands.
Tinka took an exaggerated bite, chewing slowly as if to make a point. "Don't judge me. This is a masterpiece."
I shook my head, laughing at them both. "Alright, I'll surprise both of you, okay?"
Miracle leaned back with a satisfied smile. "See? You the best sugar mama."
Tinka nodded in agreement, her mouth full of food. I shook my head at the both of them, trying to hold in my laugh.
"ughh I have to be at class in a hour, I really don't feel like going today," I said, my mood shifting instantly with a pout on my face.
"Awww, you're such a big baby," Tinka cooed, coming over to hug me and peppering my face with kisses.
"I'm not a baby; I just don't feel like being around so many people today," I muttered, before gently grabbing her neck and pecking her lips.
"If you get there and don't feel comfortable, you can leave, baby, but I think you should go you did say you're starting a new unit today," Miracle reminded me as she gathered all our plates from the table.
"Tinka i'm putting your plate in the microwave, you not eating all this i don't even know why you stacked this sandwich like this,"
"How do you know I wasn't going to eat it, though?" Tinka questioned, standing up from my lap and making her way to the fridge.
"Do you want me to set it back on the table, ma'am?" she asked.
"No, I'm done for now," she mumbled before taking a long sip of her juice.
"I'm going to get ready."
I stood up and made my way to my room, throwing on my favorite black hoodie and some Nike sweats. I pulled my hair into a claw clip and applied lip gloss.
Sliding my shoes on, I walked out of my room and was greeted by Tinka and Miracle lying on the couch, watching a cartoon.
"I'll see y'all when I get back," I said, heading out.
After a short drive down the street, I arrived at the building and parked my car before heading inside
The classroom was quiet when I arrived, only my professor and I were there, and the board proudly declared, in bold letters, "HUMAN ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY." Being early meant I could enjoy a little peace and quiet before everyone else trickled in.
Last class I was pretty much the only one actually participating in class so it was pretty boring.
I opened my textbook and started reviewing last class's notes. I connected my AirPods and let some music fill my ears. As I got lost in the details of the circulatory system, students started to walk in. I tried to focus on the last few words on the page .
But the door creaked open and a few more students drifted in. My professor started talking about the nervous system, explaining how neurons fire off in rapid succession, and I scribbled down notes trying to keep up with him.
By the end of class, I was more than ready to go home. I had to make a few stops before I can finally go back to my bed.
I strolled down the aisles of kroger looking for the ice cream section, I finally came across some ice cream.
I got the biggest thing of strawberry and vanilla ice cream for Tinka and Miracle. I put it in the cart now searching for the snack aisle.
After a good 10 minutes I found everything I needed. I went to self checkout to pay for my things and made my way back home.
Once I made it back I gathered everything i bought and took it upstairs . I sat the ice cream in the freezer and the snacks in the pantry.
I turned around and was met with an excited Tinka.
"bae, you finally back, I miss you!" she exclaimed jumping on me.
"heyyy, I miss you too," I sat her down, and handed her the pink roses she paid no attention to at first.
"Awww you so sweet , thank you, " she planting kisses all over me.
"Check the freezer," I told her when she was done.
"Ouuuu I already know what it is," she said squealing.
I opened the door to Miracle's room seeing her laid out on her bed playing cod on her playstation.
I walked towards her bed and sat at the edge, she still hadn't looked up from her tv .
I crawled up to her hugging her from behind, she did a double take before dropping her controller and hugging me back.
"I didn't know you were back," she said pecking my lips.
I grabbed the red roses from behind me, surprising her with them.
"These for me?" she questioned, trying to hide her smile.
"Yes baby, just a little gift, you can look in the kitchen for the rest of your surprises," I told her with a grin on my face.
"Thank you," she said pulling me into a hug.
I smiled as I melted into her arms .
"Come on baby, let's see what Tinka doing," I said, she's been way too quiet since she got that ice cream.
Just as I just she was sitting on the couch, surprisingly watching Shameless as she ate her ice cream out the 1 pound tub.
I laughed at the sight of her, Miracle joined in soon after .
"Now you know you could've used a bowl," I said now looking at her very concerned.
"You cold or something? why you shaking like that," Miracle questioned looking at her crazy.
"Yes this Ice cream sitting on my legs, it's cold asf"
