A giant beast, resting in a too small-looking cave, twitches with it´s ears as he hears the witch arrive. With a heavy sounding grunt, the wolf looks at the small person but then decides to pay it no mind. He is already at the end of his existence, and would like to go in peace and quiet. The witch, however, has other plans. He tosses the corpse, of the deer, in front of the wolf.
"..We can share this."
Their eyes wander around the area. The snow is decorated with red spots. A big metal stick, with spikes on top, is laying on the ground, a bit further away. Judging by the big gaping wound, at the beast´s shoulder, the wolf must´ve left that there. They turn back to the animal.
"You gotta eat something, or you will die."
Silence. The little witch carefully moves closer to the beast. Right before they are about to touch the wound, the wolf twitches once more, and swings it´s paw into their direction. More red falls to the ground, dripping down the small person´s arm. The wolf growls into their direction, making it clear, that he doesn´t want them near.
"You still seem to somewhat have a will to live, so I will leave this here. See you tomorrow."
With these words, the strange looking figure disappears, into the woods, again.
